When I returned for the car, the car was immaculate, so clean you'd think you don't even need to buy a car for the next 25 years. We also have a dog that drives in the car frequently, not to mention whatever stains and since we're in the car from the previous owner, and even then, the car looked fantastic, the rugs look like freshly mowed lawn, and it was just spotless. I got the most expensive interior detail package and an exterior wash. Both are extremely reasonably priced considering they come to you with everything! You don't need a hose hook up or an outlet as they have all of that in their van. The detailer showed up early which I appreciated and patiently waited while I cleared all of the crap out of my car. He was quick, but very thorough! We will be using them again for our regular washes at the house as you cannot get this kind of attention to detail at the local busy car wash.

The problem: I was left with streaky residue on my windshield and roof that wasn't there before, and it doesn't come off with water. When I raised it, they claimed the marks were "already present" and blamed an automatic car wash, despite the fact that I've never taken my car through one and never had this issue with my previous detailer. They did then attempt to come clean it off, but stopped halfway. The proposed next step was to treat it with acid -- an aggressive chemical that risks etching glass and damaging trim, and overkill for what is clearly leftover product from the wash. On top of that, they expected me to drive the car to the shop to fix their own mistake, meaning I'd have to pay for an Uber both ways and take time out of my day. When I pointed that out and asked if they could come to me instead, they stopped responding entirely.

The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it.
