It's honestly refreshing to have a dealership service department that actually answers the phone and takes care of you quickly. I thought it was just an air leak, but the next morning it dropped further to 16 psi. That's when I realized it was a puncture. I had to leave for Big Sur at 8 AM and wasn't prepared for this situation. My friends tried calling several shops, but many were closed because it was Labor Day weekend. The ones open were asking $150 to $200 just to come to the house and fix it. Fortunately, Noor Store was open early in the morning, and it was only 5 miles from where I was staying. I needed to get to Big Sur and then LA, so time was tight. I drove carefully and reached the shop. I met Mohammed and explained my situation. He accommodated me gladly. He didn't pull me ahead in line, but there was only one person before me with the same tire puncture issue. Within 50 minutes, they fixed my tire, checked my other tires, showed me what the problem was (a nail stuck in the tire), fixed the TPMS, and charged me only $35. The other staff members were friendly and helpful throughout. If I lived in the Fremont area, Noor would be my permanent shop for all car maintenance. Thanks to the team.
