I booked the mess remediation interior detail probably around 10 PM last night and the 8-10 am slot the next day(today) with a $50 expedited service fee. I got a call around 8 AM this morning that they were here. Lester was great, and my boyfriend was amazed that his car looked brand new again and no traces of my mishap were present. While I was initially shocked by the sticker price, I think it was worth it overall, given the amount of time (3 hours or so) they came to our apartment; turnaround time was perfect for my little emergency. I'm always blown away with how shiny and new my cars look after they are done with them. My Audi has never been filthy per se but you can see the Jeep was pretty mucked up after a transport. I was gifted an interior car detailing for my birthday, and was really excited because my car really needed it. The convenience of having someone come out to my location was something I was especially looking forward to. The initial appointment was for a 10a-12p arrival. We received a number of confirmation emails and texts that all said 10a-12p arrival. The day of the appt, we got a call and text at 9a when we were unavailable, and then a message that the detailer had come and gone and we'd need to reschedule for another day. It wasn't the most professional phone call, and rescheduling was not convenient, but things happen and we wanted to be flexible. After calling the office, we rescheduled for a few days later, again with a 10a-12p arrival window. They did mention that the detailer might run a little behind because his earlier job was substantial. On the day of the rescheduled appt, 12p came and went with no update and no detailed. We called the office at 12:15 and Daisy contacted the detailer to find out an ETA. Luckily, we had a little bit of flexibility. She said the detailer would arrive within 25 minutes. An hour later, Jeremiah arrived. Jeremiah was polite, engaging, and got right to work. He spent 2 hours and 15 minutes and when finished, the car looked so much better. He paid particular attention to the carpeting, which looks brand new. The leather, one side of the windshield, and a few random spots on the console could've used a bit more attention, but all in all, the car interior looks markedly better than it did pre-detail, and I'm generally pleased. Upon completion, Jeremiah said he needed to take payment. The person who booked this appt for me had provided a credit card upon booking, but I wound up paying for my own birthday gift. Not a big deal, but just another administrative detail that was a bit off. All in all, the quality of Jeremiah's work was solid, and my opinion of that isn't impacted by the hassle of scheduling. If I hadn't had flexibility in my schedule, it would've been really problematic to have to reschedule and to have to wait as long on the second attempt. read more

A for effort. Cat urine soaked into the back seat is a tough problem.Initially, I only paid for the service to remove the urine and the odor. I really didn't notice a difference after the first visit. So they came back a second time at no charge and I decided to have them do interior detail as well, just to be really thorough and try to cover all the bases. I feel like they really gave the urine problem maximum effort, but it was still lingering after the second attempt... probably not as bad. It's hard to tell when you've been marinating in it for a week and a half and you expect to smell it. I bought some febreze car fresheners and I'm hotboxing them daily... hoping they'll penetrate and saturate and kill the linger. The interior cleaning was pretty good, but ironically they didn't do a good job of minding the details. I think someone smeared the wrong cleaner over my gauges and I had to take glass cleaner to it. The most bothersome thing is the new "water spots" on my windshield. They weren't there before the second visit. No amount of glass cleaner and rubbing is making them go away. The good news is, my windshield needs to be replaced anyway. read more

Terrible! June 22nd they were scheduled to detail the interior of my work truck, because the last person to use it left a foul odor that was absolutely nauseating! I specifically asked for a full interior detail with the upgraded $75 "odor removal," service. Tech showed up on time, but didn't have the "odor removal machine," with him... I explained to him the main reason I needed the car cleaned was the smell, so he proceeded to clean the carpets and seats - that was it. 30 minutes later he says, "all done." Then explained that he found where the smell was, cleaned it & left some odor-absorbing powder in the area. "$340+, please." I asked, what about the dash, windows and all of the other items that were supposed to be included? He proceeded to tell me he didn't know that was included - WAIT, You didn't bring the odor removal machine, then thought you were only providing odor removal service????? He reduced the charge to $175 (including tip, should've given him $0) for "odor removal," only - oh and BTW, if the smell comes back after 48 hours it's not guaranteed.... Communication and booking is fast and went smoothly. I booked a full interior detail with a basic exterior wash. They come with their van that's fully equipped to do the service without supplying water or power. They arrived within the time window and completed the work pretty quickly. I did a walk around and found several spots that were missed, and the guys went back and cleaned up/touched up those areas. The car came out pretty clean but there was still dust and debris that I had to brush out all over the car. Disappointed to see that they missed a layer of dust in the glove box (it was completely missed), all of the exterior windows had streak marks, and the interior windows and windshield have haze and dirt on them still that I will need to go back and clean myself. The detailers did a subpar job of cleaning the wheels. You can tell that a wheel brush wasn't utilized. And much of the tire dressing smeared onto the wheels and were left on. So I had to basically wash my wheels again. And also they left streaks on my windshield which means they didn't use a microfiber towel to clean and then another one to dry. About an hour later, the business called and told me that they were booked the entire weekend, and asked if Monday worked. I replied and told them yes, and scheduled an appointment at noon. I got automated text reminders leading up to yesterday for this time. Around 30 minutes past noon go by, and I have not heard from anyone. I decided to call the number that I spoke with last weekend, and my calls went unanswered. Someone called back at about 1:15 and mocked me for not understanding that the 12 to 2 was a window of arrival time (when the booking details described this time as 'date'), and let me know she was on lunch break. I didn't get an eta until 1:55, when my 'window' ended at 2. The interior detail was okay, my car wasn't very dirty in the first place, just a few spots needed to be steamed. My biggest concern is the people that cleaned my car left debris on my driveway. I will not be using this service again. read more

Buying my car and never having my beige seats cleaned before, the stains eventually took a toll leaving it unsightly. Finally after 5 years of resenting the beauty it initially had, I purchased custom waterproof seat covers and floor liners. Anticipating their arrival, I coordinated scheduling a deep clean with RX3. I messaged them through Yelp for a quote. David was the rep on the other end answering all my questions, and he never failed to disappoint me in waiting for a response even if it was very late at night *ahem close to midnight!*. I saw the estimate which later turned to be the exact price I paid. The tech came, did a really thorough job in 2 hrs, or maybe 3 I forgot. I should have taken a before & after, but I don't want to incriminate myself for the neglect of cleaning, well C'mon, I have a little kid! They said it would take approximately 3 days to fully dry, but the shampooing went so deep that it actually took 2 weeks! Had to use thick bath towels as a barrier to the dampness. Ventilated it with cracked windows. After it completely dried there were still some spots with very minor cleaning needed, but I figured I wouldn't bother RX3 to come back out free of charge as they mentioned. I gave the tech a good gratuity, I think. I'm very happy with the outcome and can't complain about their level of service - both customer and labor! read more

I indicated online I wanted an interior/exterior detail and that I did NOT have water/power sources (their sight says that is OK they just need to know). The serviceperson arrived on time, and immediately looked at my interior and said there would be a pet hair charge (I have never had a pet inside the car, ever). This was a few strands of MY hair, and I got charged for "excessive pet hair". Secondly, when it came to doing the exterior, I got a call from the serviceperson that he needed water. I said I don't have exterior access to water, and he said he wouldn't be able to do the exterior cleaning then. The opposite of what the website indicated would be perfectly fine. I enjoy writing great reviews but only two stars are given for this detail shop due to the fact that I still had to clean my truck after I purchased a $70.00 detailing which was supposed to include cleaning the inside and outside of my SUV. The car looks pretty good on the outside but there was still some dust/ dirt on the carpets and the windshield has all kinds of streaks from the wash. I had to buy microfiber cloths and glass cleaner to get rid of them myself. The technician (I didn't catch his name) also left a half full bottle of vitamin water sitting on my backseat. They also managed to somehow break the hose connection outside causing water to be running heavily for the entire time he was here (got here at 2 left at 4 something) I didn't notice it until around 5. My roommate and I are trying to fix it but I would like compensation for this. We're probably going to have to call a plumber to come fix it and It is going to cause my water bill to be sky high. read more
