Our insurance company recommended Mobile Auto Glass service as they have been using them for years. After I made the appointment to replace our windshield, I had to change it. That change was easily handled. The technicians arrived within the designated time frame. They were courteous, identified themselves, verified the scope of the work to be done, quickly got to work. The windshield was replaced within the time frame given to us. After the crew of two left, I decided to remount the FasTrak transponder which I had removed and placed in the console bin. Looked all over the car but could not find it -- until I looked up at the new windshield to discover it had been remounted for me. Nice! The scope of the work entailed two steps. After the windshield was replaced, we needed a technician to recalibrate it. He came the following day after contacting us. He arrived in the time frame he stated. Quickly completed that work. I was experiencing a true nightmare with another well-known company (4 appointments and still no windshield), so we contacted our insurance agent for a different referral. We ended up calling a local auto insurance agent and he said he's been using Mobile Auto Glass successfully for his clients for over a decade. Within a week they were able to get all the necessary parts and correct windshield and the job was completed beautifully. Nicolas was our installer and he was genuinely caring, pleasant and fast. He had to replace more than just the windshield and he completed it all within 45 minutes. Luisa in the office was communicative and professional the entire time so we were kept in the loop. They give a 3-hour window of time the day before so you can plan accordingly. They are out of San Francisco, but they drive to your location to do the work. No show for an appointment. Apparently the technician stopped by on an earlier day and took pictures without letting us know. They didn't bother to let us know that they cancelled our appointment. So unprofessional! And of course they didn't take any responsibility for installing lousy parts and called them wear and tear. read more

Everything they told me was a lie. I asked them to call me on a Monday at 4pm when I could give them my schedule and they didn't. Didn't call me Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday, they told me they didn't want to bother me. And they're entire scheduling system was down. I asked them to call me when it was up. No call till I had my insurance company call them. My insurance company told me that they had the OEM glass in stock which is why we we're going with them. Then they yelled at me and made it my fault that I worked. Scheduled an appointment for the following friday, 9am. I took the day off for the appointment and wasn't called until 9:30 to where they lied and told me the technician hurt his back. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later with "another technician". When I finally met with the the technician he explained to me that he was the original technician, he never hurt his back, that they never had the glass in stock and gave me after market windshield that he just got into the warehouse the day before. The glass they installed is already chipped. Also if your vehicle has a camera, you'll still have to take it somewhere else for them to calibrate the camera at an addition charge. I suggest the following for MAG: 1) Send a confirmation of the scheduled appointment so it isn't a he said, she said battle 2) There is a lot of technologies out there that trigger a call to clients when technicians are falling behind in schedule. Luisa said not to worry about paying my deductible for the cost of the window and for me to get a quote for the scratches and they will take care of it. I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks. They recently replaced the windshield on my 2020 GMC pickup. Newer vehicles are complicated with all of the cameras, heads-up display, etc. The first piece of glass had some issues. Long story short, they quickly ordered OE glass, came back and replaced again and then calibrated. They were concerned I was going to be angry with them. On the contrary! Being in business for myself, I understand challenges with product. It's customer service that makes or breaks things and this whole team, office staff, installation and calibration, were great. They came out the next day (after I called) to my residence for an appt to replace my windshield. They promised an arrival between 11am-2pm and Gus arrived just after 1pm. These guys are super efficient and professional. I was referred to them through my Farmer's Auto Insurance as I was covered for chip repair. They immediately knew the referral, asked me relevant questions, and had time available the next work day between 1-4pm. I was a little hesitant about the 3-hour window as I had some meetings, and they assured me that they would call at the beginning of the time period to give me a better estimate. They also assured me it wouldn't be a huge chunk of time; I could let them in my car, go back to work, and come back out when they were done. Everything happened true to their word! I got a call around 12:40pm on the day of the appointment, and they told me they'd be there in 20 minutes. They were on time, worked quickly, and called me again when they were done. They found a second chip on my windshield that I hadn't noticed. I was pre-warned several times (on the phone, in person) that fixing the chip is not guaranteed which is fine. I had my windshield weather strip come apart and called my State Farm insurance recently and they advised me to call the Windshield Glass company, Mobile Auto Glass that put it in. It had been way over a year since they installed it. I called and spoke with Luisa who stated that they had no record of it since their computers were down. She advised me that if I could find my receipt then we could talk. After looking extensively, I found my original receipt and faxed it to her. She set up an 1-4pm window to have a guy come out with a new weatherstrip and installed it free of charge. Even the installer remarked how great this company was to do this. My car was a poor victim of getting broken into one Saturday night in the city. I had 3 windows damaged, the 2 backseat sides and 1 of the smaller rear windows (sheesh, you'd think one is enough!) So I called my insurance first thing on Monday morning to report the incident. They referred me to Mobile Auto Glass, who then contacted me within the next hour to set up an appointment. Luisa called me from the company to help me create a claim for the accident with a Farmers insurance agent. Once the claim was squared away, Luisa told me that a technician would be able to fix the windows that same day which was great news. The time frame of 1-4 was kind of big, but luckily I got a phone call around 12:45 pm from the technician to confirm he'd arrive in about 20 mins. Having the mobile service is super convenient so that you don't have to take time out of your day to drop off the car and pick it up. If you're at work, you can simply give them access to the car, go back to work, then meet them once they're done. I was satisfied with how quick and efficient the service was, but still a bummer it had to begin with. I hope karma is biting those bastards who broke into my car in the ass! read more

I concur with everything that has been said here. My insurance company referred me to these guys, and they were amazing. Eddie handled everything, leading a three-way call with the claims adjuster that took up no more than 5 minutes of our 10-minute-total phone call. He followed up thirty minutes later with a time frame for installation, which was only an hour-long window. I only waited two days for them to get the window from the dealer. Then when the installer arrived, I learned I had been granted a 25% off deal...reducing my deductible payment to a mere $75. Now I just hope the a$)@hole who busted my window, only to find NOTHING, is experiencing the beauty of karma. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE JOB! DAMAGED CAR!!! POOR SEVICE!! RUDE MANAGER!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!! After originally supplying the wrong windscreen and having to wait a few hours, the right windscreen was eventually fitted. Originally the guys that fitted the screen seemed polite and seemed to know what they were doing.. How wrong I was. They damaged my windscreen scuttle panel, which left a big chunk out of the bottom seal. They left excess glue all over my window as well as the top and bottom seals where not left even or presentable. But what was worse was the way my partner and I were spoken to by the manager Steven as well as being told multiple times they were coming to fix the issues and not showing up without any communication at all.. As well as getting no refund or compensation at all for the issues even after contacting their head office and being told I would receive my money back and even after I threatening legal action which is still being followed up. The company is a disgrace and Steven is a rude horrible person.. I do no recommend anyone bothers with this company.. spend a few extra dollars and get the job done right the first time. read more

Big ups to Caesar and Chuy for turning a nightmare day around. My car was broken into early in the morning, with the passenger window smashed in. My State Farm agent recommended giving these guys a call. Caesar stayed on the phone with me and answered all my questions about claims, since it was my first time dealing with any of this. He even gave me his special discount, because he could tell I was so flustered and distraught. He walked me through the whole process, made it easy, and booked me an appointment window for that afternoon. He even called my agent back for me to double-check my deductible! Chuy (technician) called right in the middle of my appointment window to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived about 40-45 minutes later. I showed him the damage, and he vacuumed up all the old glass, double-checked the window size before he started, and kept me assured that he knew what he was doing. He told me to set a timer for 30 minutes and come out when it was done. Easy! He was personable, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Just twelve hours after the break-in, my car is whole again. read more

Just wanted to write a quick update. I had another crack in my windshield a couple of months ago and called Mobile to help me fix it. They scheduled an appointment so quickly and connected me to my insurance agent on the same line for a conference call. It was all so fast and perfect. I used a discount for their service and really appreciate having them for all of my windshield/glass replacement needs. They're the best. They have now driven twice up north (about an hour) from where their HQ is, so that tells me how invested they are in customer service. The best. Use this company! read more

I'm not fully satisfied, yet not totally dissatisfied. The technician was actually calling me early. I had a 1 to 4pm time frame and he called at noon. I have no problem with that. After the tech had taken out my old windshield he pulled the new windshield out of his truck. The first thing I noticed is it wasn't OEM. Mobile Auto Glass specifies on their website they use OEM glass. What should be in my vehicle is Carlite. I asked the technician why it wasn't Carlite and he said they couldn't get one that fit correctly. It would've been a little short. Oh well, not much I can do about, the old windshield is out and cracked more than it was before. Next issue I had was one of the technicians friends showed up (see pictures). Instead of trying to tell his friend he'd talk to him later, the tech talked while working. His friend also had little respect for my vehicle (see pictures), leaning on it several times while his friend worked. Maybe I should've asked the guy not to lean on my car, the tech could've asked him to stand back a bit to. In closing, I'm happy I have a uncracked windshield and am also happy the tech was super friendly. What I'm not happy about is, non-OEM glass and a friend of a tech using my car like a leaning post. read more
