My daughters and I absolutely love this place. Erik is awesome, always happy and polite. He is always honest and very very fair in his prices. We came from another shop in TO who always charged for things and some how were never fixed or maybe just didn't need fixing. Erik is very honest and knows the cars, especially BMW and Porsche. This place is amazing. They not only do auto repairs of all kinds but if you go in for routine maintenance, like an oil change or filter change, they will tell you if you can by for a while before doing the maintenance. Who does that? Nobody I've ever used for auto repairs. You can count on DRIVEN to be honest when it comes to customer service. I have referred DRIVEN to many of my neighbors who have also experienced excellent work and HONESTY. I used another auto repair shop located on Dorothy dr for many years until they charged over $700 for unnecessary work. I had specifically requested replacement of a bad bearing. After 3 visits the bearing was not replaced but other unnecessary work was done and paid for. I asked the owner if he thought it was fair to charge me for the unnecessary work when I specifically asked for bearing replacement. He said it was fair so I went over to DRIVEN and they quickly replaced the bearing for less than $200. You can count on DRIVEN to do quality work as well as being HONEST. Lost my business :-( Usually have no problems getting in here and they are typically pretty quick. I don't know if it is new management or ownership but the usual guy I have dealt with hasn't been here the last 2 times and the last 2 times... turned away! Came on a Saturday afternoon, turned away. Came at 423pm today but turned away saying the latest they take is 415pm... 8 Minutes!! Does decent work but WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY CLIENTS. Quoted my mom $1,200 on breaks. Said they NEEDED to be done. She got a 2nd opinion and the breaks evidently have a bunch of tread left. This is probably my third Yelp for Driven smog and oil change. This was one of my best experiences at Driven because they no longer have to order my oil filter so they were able to get me in right away! I was actually super excited that i didn't have to wait a day or two. So i called ahead thinking the filter would need to be ordered, Eric , the GM over at Driven, told me he keeps my filter in stock now. Yaaay . Drove up at 2 pm and was greeted by warmly by Victor, another wonderful person there. Car was taken immediately! I walked back to the cute little waiting room, which is clean and somewhat warm . Prices posted on the wall which is nice, no surprises. Waited maybe 20 minutes, then Eric came back to get me. My battery light went on and was told over the phone by Eric to have it towed so I wouldn't be left stranded. Great suggestion because it turned out oil was leaking on the alternator. I have been taking 4 of my vehicles there for years. No more!! I went by on July 3rd for smog and they were closed. I get it 4 day weekend. Went by again at 4:35 PM on July 5th and the owner said they are closed. I went on line prior to going there and their business hours show closing at 5:00 PM. He said that I cannot get service there at that time. I told him I came by Monday and they were closed. His attitude was "well, we all need a day off now and then." Wrong answer!! I love this place! I needed to smog my Dodge 2500 that had been on NON OP for 3 years. The first time I went to try my luck, the truck was not "ready" since the battery had died. They told me to drive it for 250 miles and come back. No charge for the assessment. No charge! I drove the 250 miles, went back and passed. Yay. These guys are very nice, honest, and professional. Robert is great! We went in for a smog & found this place on Yelp. Robert came right out to welcome us, told us where to pull up & let us know he'd be with us shortly. We don't live in the area. But I had not driven my car for 2 years, so we were told it would need to be driven around a bit to recalibrate the O2 sensor. Which is why we thought to hop on the 101, put car on cruise control, go for a nice drive out to Agoura and try to get smogged. They do a free retest which is what we were looking for in case it didn't pass the first time around. They also have a Yelp check in deal for $8 off smog or oil change. I'm sure they were busy on a Sat with the weekend rush. But we didn't wait long at all. They have a bench, table and some cushioned seating off to the side under the shade while you wait. They also have a self wash and vacuum which we probably should have done too, lol, but we were hungry. Robert was a super cool guy and we'd prob drive out here again just for him! read more

The Worst and most unprofessional experience! The bearded, rude, indignant, self righteous smog guy went out of his way both times to not pass me!!!! first he complained about the intercooler on my F350 turbo diesel not being factory original. I said yes, the previous owner put another in because the originals had plastic ends and would rupture or blow out. here's the paperwork. "I have to call my buddies at the Ford Dealer to confirm it's ok" he said. Later he said they gave him the green light and it's ok. "I rebuild and stud the 6.0 engines and help train the guys at the dealer" he told me. I should've learned my lesson, but went back later with an all stock 1996 Ford F53 class A motor home with the 460ci engine. I saw the results and passed all the tests but he failed me because he said it's supposed to have (3) cats during visual inspection. I said "No" it's stock from the assembly line that way. He failed the rv and I had to pay $103. I went onto multiple Ford Rv forums and confirmed that 1995-1998 Ford F53 chassis Rv's DO NOT have cats for all 50 states. Ford redesigned the heads for the 460ci engine and this is why. I went back with my iPad to show the forum results. I even swung by DCH Ford in Westlake to speak with Jon Fox the parts manager and he printed out a schematic diagram for that year's exhaust system proving NO CATS!!! The arrogant smog bum wouldn't admit his faults and remedy the problem he incorrectly created!!! He said....I quote..." I don't care what some forum or Ford says"???? Didn't you just previously have to call the exact same Ford dealer to cross check my intercooler on the F350??? Yes you did!!! Do Not Go Here!!! save you cash and go where people are grateful and professional read more

We normally experience great customer service, unfortunately this time was extremely unpleasant - so much so we immediately left and went to another local place. In pulling up to the crowded parking lot, instead of being greeted and asked how they could help us, we were snapped at to "park your car!" I popped in after a call to then to see if they require an appointment. The call was short and sweet so I headed in. The location ja kinda in the middle of nowhere, so if you feel like you may be lost, your headed in the right direction.
