Thinking back, I've had to wait, but if you don't go right at 11:50 you can get in and out in a jiffy.. the place can only handle 3 clerks and about 6 people inside, which is a pain sometimes, but for a govt office it moves. One thing to beware of is people putting on their stickers in the parking lot. They're easy to run over and may mess up your finish.

The lady working at the front desk was wonderful. She was apologetic that I didn't have enough acceptable paperwork but she gave me a form that listed what was acceptable. My husband's clerk told him the wrong things that my clerk did say was okay, which left us both in confusion. My clerk told me to come back with everything and she will help again. My husband's clerk? Didn't say to come back to him. Two totally different experiences! A trip to the library to print more papers off and a visit back to the DMV later in the day and our clerks were still there. Because my clerk told me to come back to her, we didn't have to wait for a number, we just stood behind who she was helping. She ended up helping my husband, too, even though he was with the clerk next to her. I'm telling you, 5 star service here!! Not only was she caring about the situation, she was also personable and gave us recommendations for where to eat in the area. I'm not sure if she's always at desk 3 and I wish I had her name...but she made a positive impact and I would absolutely go back to her again.
