Customer service is horrible! I purchased a 2021 GLS580 for 57k with 10k down from them May 8 and as soon as i pulled off the lot to fill the empty gas tank, the engine light came on. They have me bring the car back in for them to fix it only for them to keep giving me different pickup dates which led to them keeping it for a full 3 weeks! I had to get a rental car after the first week because the job wasn't a quick fix and i needed to get around i have 3 kids. The rental ended up costing me a full $2000. On top of that, i still owed for that very first car note plus insurance which was $850 and $290. They explained that they didn't tell me to get a rental but they could try to help with something. 3 weeks later of barely hearing back from them, I reach out a final time only for them to tell me they can not help me with anything because it costs them a couple thousand to repair the broken truck they sold me. Basically I had to pay an additional $3,000 in one month because of these guys and they did nothing for the inconvenience. They claim they were "doing me favor" but none of this would've happened if the car wasn't sold to me with something wrong with it in the first place. On top of this all, there seems to be a loose part on the truck that i told them about and they did nothing about that either. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied with this company they costs me a lot of money and did nothing about it. I can't believe I gave them my business. read more

If you're an out of state buyer....stay far away from this dealer!!! This dealership is refusing to get a PPI done at the local Mercedes dealership until I "talk numbers" on the car. That's absolutely absurd 2017 Mercedes AMG GT Coupe Stock # 19726 I'm a serious buyer from CA but I don't negotiate final price until I understand the vehicle's condition...because who in their right mind would? A Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) is standard and reasonable especially on a used car. When a dealer refuses unless you negotiate price first, it often signals multiple red flags! *They clearly dont want an independent mechanic finding issues *They're trying to pressure me into commitment before transparency *They're worried inspection results will weaken their pricing position *They only allow "their" inspection (which defeats the purpose) A reputable dealership should be confident enough in their car to allow a PPI before final numbers. This dealer is a joke. It's no wonder this car Has been on their lot for as long as it has. Whoever the owner of this dealership is...I'm assuming that's Lorne based of their website ....should really have a conversation with Joe and his "GM". AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a Porsche 911 that was delivered inoperable on public roads, and immediately in the shop for $2,394.32 in repair bills on the very first test drive. See attached photo. LW has refused to offer any assistance, compensation, or remedies whatsoever. They referred me to a local mechanic who examined the car and then proceeded to deliver me a car with engine issues that made it impossible to operate safely. The car failed in multiple ways including a broken window upon first operation and an engine failure less than 6 miles in to the very first drive. Their response says they "reduced the sales price of the vehicle by thousands" which is objectively false. Their website falsely advertises free shipping if you pay full price for the car. I told them I was located in Los Angeles and was told "that's too far and requires an extra $500 in transportation cost". This $500 cost is not noted anywhere on the website, so that's red flag one. I was told the covered transportation cost was $2,000. So I simply asked them to reduce the purchase price of the vehicle by that exact amount and handle the transportation cost myself. Surprise surprise, I was able to get fully covered transportation for hundreds less than $2,000, so this is just another way for them to disingenuously get some extra money from you. If you want to avoid lack of communication, dishonesty, and the possibility of purchasing a car that simply does not operate, do not work with this company. read more

Buyer beware! I purchased a great car from LW, but I was lied to twice during the process. First, when I asked about an oil change, I was promised that they would perform one (with a written promise). However, upon purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the oil filter looked very old. I took it to my mechanic, who sent a sample for an oil analysis and confirmed that the oil hadn't been changed for thousands of miles. The second lie occurred when we were about to leave the dealership. The TPMS lights went off, and the salesman told me that a reset was all that was needed. He said I had to drive over 60 miles for it to "re-learn." My mechanic, however, found that all four sensors needed to be replaced, which would cost an additional $1,500. I've been in contact with the salesman for the past three months, but he's lied to me repeatedly. He's promised to send me sensors (which won't solve the issue because I'd still have to pay for installation) and provide proof of an oil change (which I'm not sure how he'll do that since I have proof it wasn't done). At this point, I've given up and just want others to be aware that you need to do your own due diligence before making a purchase with LW. I was warned about them from a local mechanic before I purchased and I didn't pay attention....I guess I should have. read more

Lazy group of car salesmen. Quick auction buy and flip house. Cars aren't thorougly inspected before the sale and promises aren't kept. When you call them to let them know they're a lazy bunch, they get defensive and then make more promises and then do nothing. I purchased a 2019 M5 competition with 23,000 miles on the clock on April 12th and the car is already in for $6500 worth of warranty work at BMW. I also only received one key with the car and asked for a second; nothing was done about this. I am also already replacing a set of rear tires (1100). I don't really see any difference between buying these cars from an auction. They were surprised when I called them pissed off about this. Make sure you do a thorough pre purchase inspection before you buy anything from here. read more

I had a great experience with everyone at LW Automotive when purchasing my 2007 Chevy Corvette Z06 with 32k miles. I live in the west coast and paid for inclosed transportation because I didn't want to risk any damage from rock chips or potential debris along the high way. I paid for the difference because they provide free transportation within the US and the car arrived in exactly two weeks. I believe I spoke with Caden when I first called about the car. He was professional and courteous from the beginning to the end. When I called 1 week after I wired the money over and asked if they had any updates on when it was to arrive they got me the contact of the company and driver the same day. Andy the person in charge of transportation got back to me the same day and told me one week Sunday. Andy is a proper legend and got to me so fast. The car arrived on Sunday I was stoked. It was a dusty when it came out the inclosed trailer but that's not surprising that having traveled 2500 miles. It's been raining hard last few days so I haven't gotten a chance to drive it just into the garage. Today was the first day I got to drive the car, the car battery was dead. Not surprised or upset. Cars been sitting for 2-3 months at their lot and only drove 2 miles since it was first listed for sale on their site. It's winter and I'm sure they're not doing test drives in snow/bad weather unless someone was really serious about purchasing the vehicle. I only had 1/5 gas in the tank and didn't want to risk it not turning back on as the gas station, I had a portable battery jumper and the car jumped first try and went for a 30 min drive before it started to sprinkle and on the forecast it said severe rain was to start in 1-2 hours so I headed home. The car didn't make any weird noises, runs super smooth, and drives strait and doesn't drone or rattle. The car is all stock, I live in CA where you won't pass inspection if you have any after performance/engine/exhaust modification. The car appears to have been well taken cared for. The only part that was really dirty from the pictures so it wasn't out of the ordinary, was the exhaust tips. I got some stainless polish and oxidizer and looks 10x better. I had to wait a couple days until I could post a review because the car came covered in dust and I haven't had a chance so I got a mobile detailer to come out in the pouring rain and give it the works, it's clean and so nice to look at now. Today was the first time I got to drive the car before it started to rain again shortly after/ Thank you for everyone again at LW Automotive for making my early bday gift to myself happen! Bought a 2003 Mustang Roush / Boyd Coddington California Roadster on July 12, 2022. I must say that I enjoyed my visit with Zachery and Caden both great guys and easy going. The car ran fine. Cold A/C, Convertible top worked, etc... Picked the car up on July 14 and drove it home to Nashville Tn. Still no issues. Drove it about 50 miles throughout the week. Well, that's when all my problems started. The convertible stopped working. Turns out the actuators have been leaking. Had to replace both of those which is a process of tearing out the back seat and removing the quarter panel trim for access. Then, the air conditioning started to go out. A/C clutch cycles on and off continuously and blows warm at idle. Freon charge is low. Indicating a leak in the system. Just when I thought I had the bugs worked out, the car overheats on the freeway and leaves me stranded for three hours. Turns out, the cooling fan is hard to turn and blew the fuse. Its obvious that these issues were all temporarily patched to get the car off the lot. I know someone had messed with the convertible pump. It was clear by the way the trim was reinstalled that someone had recently been back there. Perhaps to fill the fluid to get the top to work? More than likely. The a/c would be easy to charge to get the air cold long enough to get rid of the car. The 50a fuse for the cooling fan, well that was also a new fuse. you could tell by how clean it was compared to the rest of the fuses in the fuse box. It surprises me that a dealer with cars of the caliber that they have on the lot would be willing to put their reputation on the line the way it appears they did in my case. I am currently working out all the bugs. I'm hoping this will be the last of my issues. Either way, this is the last time I will purchase a vehicle for LW Auto. read more

Pending edit on conflict resolution***** Purchased a 2008 bmw 335xi manual , first the car was 3 weeks late for pickup due to repairs that were needed (oil pan gasket needing the subframe dropped) when I go there to pick it up it was still dirty, while they powerer washed under the hood i noticed all of the covers blew off bolts were missing that weren't at the time of purchase agreement. the tire pressure moniter was saying malfunction they said it was probably needing air, after purchase and trip to bmw tire pressure monitors were missing, 3 weeks in car starts to make squeeking sounds and raw fuel smell and smoking, no offer for a loaner car i missed work after complaining and leaving a bad review they gave me fuel injectors i installed myself because i didnt trust them after losing 2 serpentie belts and finding more loose bolts and a fully disconnected turbo inlet pipe (turbo was sucking unfiltered air from engine bay) after repair After repairs i replaced 2 more serpentine belts at $35.00ea 3 more weeks later while rounding a bend on the freeway power steerig lines came loose spraying my brakes and tire almost making me wreck, i called on a friday no reply from them till i called them back on a monday , the car was fixed by lw tightened lines refilled fluid oem spec. 1 week later another serpentine belt down had car towed to lw tired of replacing belts they made the "repairs" putting another belt on no doubt and i went to pick up my car , 1 milendown the road the car shuts off i pull over look under the hood my radiator fan wasnt installed and still in my trunk i vowed not to let them touch my car again After that i babied the car waiting for it to break again 1 month goes by i go to inspect under hood for maintenence notice serpentine pullies melted half a serpentine belt remains on the drive pullies. I park the car order new tensioner deflector pullies and belt have a shop install them , 5 miles down the road belt slips again had to have the car towed home, then while inspecting the vehicle noticed both front tires have exsessive camber wear telling me they didnt align the car after dropping the subframe to repair the oil pan gasket Ive missed work and been riding the bus now for 2 weeks and have a wonderful looking $14.9k + tax dollar paper weight i cant drive now.. ive called the dealership 2 times once on 9/3 once on 9/6 and left messages they dont seem to want to get back to me I would steer clear of this place after you pay them and the 90 day warrenty is up which is only good if your engine granades and doesnt cover anything else they will just tell you to pound salt or ignore you read more

This place of business sold me a car with an engine that died 10 exact days after purchase. I called and ask for help they stated this happened with a customer before me and said they would help find another engine. They are still giving me the run around. Be careful here. Update The company followed up with me and told me they were shipping an engine. Scott Dolfi was very apologetic and empathetic about the whole situation and I am appreciative of the company keeping their word and following through. Update It has been well over a month and I have yet to receive the engine they told me they had purchased and they have yet to provide me with proof of purchase or ability to track the engine seeing as they have stated they don't know where the engine is and it should have been delivered already so that it may be installed. They drafted a release of liability document holding both parties legally responsible if violated after I left my first review that the sales manager Zach demanded I take down from Google and I was told I had to sign this document in order for them to send me the engine. I complied, but I still don't have an engine. I have called numerous times to speak with the sales manager Zach about the engine whereabouts and he has yet to return my calls or messages the other representatives leave for him regarding the engine whereabouts. I have had to retain a lawyer seeing as it is now 9/30/2021 I purchased the vehicle on 4/16/2021 and it became inoperable due to a failed engine on 4/26/2021 and there is no proof the agreement has been fulfilled by the other party. I have not been able to use the vehicle or move it without paying for a tow. read more

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE LW advertises a very attractive deal to buyers outside their market. Free shipping if you pay asking price. They however make no provisions for you to be able to have the car inspected without selling it right out from under you. They listed a car I wanted for sale. Every other day for 2 weeks I called Caden to see if the car arrived or when it was going to arrive. Never once did he return my calls or email me an update. During one of of my regular calls I spoke to Ralph who told me the car was already on the lot! I was a bit annoyed as I had intended to schedule the inspection for the day the car arrived. Never the less I scheduled the next available Pre Purchase Inspection appointment via Ralph's recommendation of LemonSquad a cost of $179. Ralph and I spoke Fri right before closing. Sat was the scheduled inspection. Sun LW is closed. Today, Mon, I'm supposed to get my LemonSquad report this afternoon, but now it's worthless since the car was sold this weekend. I offered to put a deposit before the car even made it to the dealership, but they won't take deposits until after PPI per their policy! How the hell is that supposed to work?! Now I'm out the car I really wanted and possibly $179 for the inspection. This place BLOWS! read more

Bought a 2009 Mercedes ML350 from them last year. From the first week it had mechanical issues. LW said they couldn't replicate the issue after having it for 2 months, it broke down while my husband was out of town days after getting it back from them. He took it to Mercedes they identified the issue immediately. When we contacted the warranty company the repair was denied, because LW already filed a claim. We were out $1300. We contacted LW and they had did nothing to assist us. The car had 65,000 miles on it when we purchased it. After a year and 22,000 highway miles we just got rid of the car. It had depreciated $7000 due to what the dealer deemed too many mechanical issues. Our 2006 Mercedes with 149,000 that was purchased at at the same time from a private seller has had no issues. read more

They really rolled out the red carpet for me anticipating my arrival from 500 miles away. We agreed on the price beforehand. He never questioned my commitment and credibility for financing as a young driver. He even placed the car on the rack to let me run it over with a fine tooth comb. It was enjoyable, relaxed and I've never had a stranger extend to me as much respect in the car buying experience as this multinational car dealer has. I bought a vehicle from LW long distance via the phone and internet. This is my first time buying without seeing vehicle in person and possibly my last time. I would recommend paying somebody to inspect the vehicle for you. My car had a large burn spot in carpet not disclosed by the dealer and a few dings. Also make sure they have the car title with their name on the back before they sell it to you to avoid the wait and excuses. Besides the burn mark in carpet I am happy with vehicle. They seem to have a nice inventory of sport and luxury vehicles and that is why I rated as high as a 3 star. read more

I drove 15 hours round trip yesterday to purchase a car from this dealership. It was a 2013 bmw m3 that was supposed to "run perfect", as the guy said who apparently drove it for a week, and be flawless but after a 6 1/2 hour drive down the car had scratches and swirls all o over it, cracked tail lights, missing trim on the roof and in the engine bay, it also had an engine malfunction which isn't your ordinary check engine light. The car was in limp mode and as we were checking the car out me and my buddies were talking about how much money the car needed not how much they would have to take off what they were asking and the guy who didn't introduce himself who was trying to figure out what was wrong with the car said "I don't know what you guys are expecting but I'm not taking 6k off this car" when we weren't even talking about taking that off the price. The car FAILED inspection. Soecifically was not driveable. Would never have passed a State Patrol inspection. It was not safe to drive. You have the report. Very serious damage. While I appreciate your apology, in the best interest of whomever drives that car, you really should acknowledge the car isnt road worthy. I will not drive another 10 hours to collect $50. That was a $200 day for me. Im not doing it again. You may be happy to know that while I was at the COCHRAN dealer getting the inspextuon I had asked about any blue convertibles for sale. The service staff sent me away. The next day I found a car I wanted and WHOA it was at Cochran! They said they would knock $50 off if Id come in. They turned me away while I was in their building.
