In October 2025, I purchased a 2024 BMW X4. During the sales process, my salesman and I discussed the paint protection plan at length. He was actually the one who recommended it, and I clearly stated that I wanted it included in my purchase. When we went into the finance office, the finance manager knew that we would not move forward unless the payment was within a certain range. Without informing us, the paint protection plan was removed in order to make the numbers work. We were never told it had been taken off. I only discovered this months later when I attempted to file a claim and realized I did not have the coverage. When I called the dealership, the finance manager stated he did not know what I was referring to and said they do not offer a paint protection plan. My salesman later confirmed that they do offer it. I requested a call from the General Manager and was told I would receive one. It has now been over a week with no response. Removing a product that was specifically requested without clearly disclosing it is extremely concerning. The lack of follow-up from management only adds to the frustration. In addition, I was charged $1,995 for a LoJack vehicle tracking system, which I was told was built into the cost of all their vehicles. However, it appeared as a separate added charge that increased the total price of the vehicle. BMW vehicles already come equipped with their own tracking capabilities, so this additional charge was unnecessary for me. Buyers should carefully review all add-ons and fees before signing. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication has been very disappointing. read more

Horrible customer service. Put a hold deposit on a vehicle that i was going to purchase the following day. Took my money and said we were good to come in the following day to finalize........ Don't trust these con artists. I bought a Jaguar from them they told me was in flawless condition. After I had it shipped home, the transport driver pointed out that the glass roof was cracked and showed me photos of the crack before he loaded it on the truck. Let me start from the beginning of this horror story. I saw a 2017 white Bentley continental GT on abz motors website. Contacted the dealership and dealt with a guy name Louis Weibel who appeared to be an honest and nice guy. We agreed on a price around $107,000 on a Tuesday for the car. I told him I would be there soon as they opened Saturday morning to pick up the car. So, Friday I get a call from Louis asking could we come after 12pm because he noticed the tire needed to be replaced. I was thinking this is kind of strange because he had enough time Friday to get it done before we arrived. So, when we arrived to the dealership, he said the car was still in the shop and now they were trying to figure out why the air bag sensor would not go off. So we waited for hours, and he came up with an idea that he would ship the car to us because they could not get the sensor to go off and they were going to take it to a Bentley dealership Monday morning. We agreed to that, and we left the dealership. So, after almost a week he shipped the car to our home and the radio would not work. We called him back and told him about the radio and he advised us to take the car to a local radio shop and have them look at it. We did that and we found out the radio amplifier was not working, and it would be over $6000 to replace. So, they told us they would pay for the car to get shipped back to Houston so they could fix it. We shipped the car back and they kept it for over a week this time. They shipped the car back to my home. At this point I felt like they sold me a LEMON. My husband spoke to a manager, and he was absolutely no help. I had the car for right at 3 months and I was over it. I tried to sell the vehicle locally, and they told me the alternator was about to go out and the bumper had been replaced as if it was involved in an accident, and the rotors and the brakes are bad because of the squeaking sounds it was making. The dealerships were all giving us low numbers. So, my husband called the dealership, and spoke with a young lady and she said they were willing to buy it back for $15,000 less than what I paid for it 3 months ago. We drove back to Houston where they bought the vehicle back. I noticed two days later they have the vehicle listed at $119,991. This was a nightmare experience. UPDATE : I dropped the car off Wednesday & ABZ "fixed" my car and drove it to my job ( A porter drove it ). They fixed my rims that was damaged during the service , great. MONDAY night after a 10 hour work shift , BOOM the coolant light pops on . I try to get off the next exit the car starts to slow down @ 40mph , smh. My husband comes with a bottle of Antifreeze so that we can try and make it home. But guess what ? The damn hose and clamp wasn't connected all the way. So basically, my car has been leaking since they drove it back to me "fixed" . Here we are waiting on a tow truck @ 11:40pm. They clearly need to fire their service department ! They are clearly inexperienced mechanics & enjoy inconveniencing customers . I'll update you again next week because the car breaks down weekly ! I've called twice now. Both times I was told they would pull my file and look into it. Never received a follow up call. I purchased a car and was charged sales tax and license fee. Car is being registered in Nevada. I was told the dealership was required to collect tax and license and that they would complete the title and registration. 5 weeks later they just sent me everything to do it my self. They did refund a portion of the sales tax and license fee, but not all of it. I've called twice to see why - have yet to receive a call back. Being an hour away, this was a huge inconvenience to come back and get done. They refused to mail licence plates until I came back to get lojack installed. Read and pay close attention. If you can afford a luxury car, buy direct from the dealer. These folks are unethical crooks. The service department can't get even wires straight. Their goal is only to sale you a warranty and fraud the warranty company with overcharging for the repairs.
