Eric is patient and kind. His demeanor is so calm and puts you at ease. He's very professional and the office is so kind and caring and invested in your child. You will get calls and encouragement which makes u feel like family. I feel like family is teaching my daughter to drive and since she's my one and only child, the decision to go with Eric put me at ease. I highly recommend Eric as a driving instructor. My daughter was very nervous to start driving. After her first lesson, she gained the confidence she needed to drive. She passed her driving test the first time. I asked my daughter what she liked about Eric. She said he was calm, patient, and gave her good feedback on her driving. He picked her up from our house and even spent a few minutes after each lesson giving me feedback and answering some of my questions. The last lesson, Eric had my daughter drive near the DMV where she would be testing so she was familiar with the area. Eric's wife, Josie, is the one who does the scheduling. She is very nice and assured me that Eric would help my daughter with her nervousness. She was good about getting back to me to schedule. You pay after each lesson. read more

I truly never thought that I would get my driver's license. Driving gave me so much anxiety and everyone that tried to help me would make it 10x worse. By far Eric was the best driving instructor I've had. He's extremely informative when it comes to all parts of the test. He explained everything so clearly that taking the test and driving in general became so much more intuitive for me. I was able to pass the test with only 3 marks and I truly thank Eric for that! Eric was fantastic! Josie was very responsive and was able to answer all our questions. My son didn't really have a good experience with his first instructor, even after finishing his 6 hours, he still didn't feel comfortable taking his test. So I called Josie and asked if my son can use their car for his test and was able to accommodate him even after I had to cancel the first session. Eric took him out for an hour to get used to the car and even waited with him in line for the driving test. And my son passed! Eric and Josie (his wife/secretary) are truly wonderful people. Josie answered all seven million of my questions with patience and friendliness, even though I hadn't even committed to booking an appointment with Eric yet. They were very flexible with scheduling session times, and were very responsive when I had questions after scheduling sessions. When it came time for my Small One to have her lessons with Eric, she told him how friendly he was and how safe he made her feel. She says Eric was very professional and very encouraging- she didn't feel weird being alone in the car with him, and he helped her learn to be more comfortable being behind the wheel. Eric sincerely is the best. He is calm, patient and approachable. He gave my very anxious daughter the confidence and thorough practice she needed, when her equally anxious mom wasn't living up to the task! Eric was easy to schedule with (Josie always responded promptly and is so accommodating!) and even picked her up at her school for a couple of lessons. We were so happy with Eric that I gladly paid for an extra lesson for her right before her behind-the-wheel test. And, guess what? She passed with a score of 98 on her first try.
