Yuck! Dave and Lucas operated the digging and location of the septic lids, while Craig and Josh managed the pumping and removal of roots. The problem lies within their advertising. They advertise both on their website and on their "Hold" music on the phone that there is a 5% military discount. However, after I reserved the products they called for payment a week prior to my event. I asked them to apply the 5% discount as my husband is a 20 year retired, disabled military veteran from the US Marine Corps. I was told that they no longer honor that discount. This saddened me as this was the main reason why I went with this company, because they honor heroes! With only a week until my event, I had no choice but to stay with their services. It's just sad.
