She's a shorter older woman with short brown hair every single time I happen to need her help. She will literally ignore me. On two separate occasions I've needed crickets. She's walked over in my direction so I waved like a friendly hello and she literally turned around and walked the other way into a back room or something so i sat for another 10 min cause maybe she got called to do something I'm not one to question and after those 10 min I go to the register and ask for help. The lady that saw me and turned around literally came out of the back room she went into it. And not a hello how are you sorry about the wait it was "how many" with the most attitude I've ever heard. Than the second time she was cleaning the tanks right behind where the crickets are at. And I yet again probably stood there for 10-15 min while she's just cleaning these tanks. She made direct eye contact with me maybe 2-3 times. So I finally got annoyed waiting for this girl to have some sort of customer service and ask me if I need help. So I go "excuse me can I please get some help with crickets" and she literally says "well maybe if you let me know that's what you needed than yea I can't know if you don't tell me" and I literally told her "I thought you would've had enough customers service training to see someone standing here for 10 min in the exact same spot to know they need help and you'd come ask" She got off her ladder came over and rudly chuckled under her breath and went "how many" didn't ask if I wanted cardboard or calcium nothing. If I see this lady by the crickets I literally leave cause I refuse to speak to her now. You guys need to teach her some customer service. Or fire her cause clearly she hates her job.

I contacted Petland expecting them to honor their health guarantee for congenital or hereditary conditions. Instead, they dismissed the diagnosis and refused to provide meaningful assistance. Despite documentation from a specialist, the store would not take responsibility and repeatedly avoided helping resolve the situation. Buying a puppy should not turn into a financial and emotional burden due to genetic disease, especially when the business promotes screened and healthy animals. I feel completely misled and unsupported after the sale. Horrible experience today with the grooming department. I took my 9 pound cavapoo for a grooming…read moresession. When I dropped her off, I showed the groomer a picture of how I wanted her, which was completely shaved down including the snout. When I arrived to pick my dog up, I saw through the glass window that the groomer kept a teddy bear snout. Julie, who I presumed was the grooming manager, was the one at the counter, and I asked her if they could shave my dog's snout all the way down. Julie's response was rude, saying that she wasn't sure if she could because my dog kept "flailing and biting" and it wouldn't be safe for the dog. She proceeded to go back and shave my dog's face. I watched the whole time, and my dog did not act aggressive in any way, just trying to avoid the clippers. But this is common behavior I'm sure from dogs when clippers to the face are involved. Plus, she had a loop around her mouth to prevent biting. Also she is 9 pounds! Julie came back to the front to the desk and I thanked her for doing this. She did not respond to that, and told me she is referring my dog out to another groomer. I said okay, maybe I'll look for a poodle concentrated groomer, they are probably better with this breed. And she responded "it's not the breed it's your dog. I've been doing this for ten years." At this point I am offended. They bring my dog out and I noticed one of her ears was scraggly and sloppily cut. I asked for them to just clean it up, and Julie said "I'm not cutting anymore". And walked away to the back. I said this isn't right, this is a $100! I just wanted the ear to be cleaned up. They even put the wrong leash on my dog when returning. This place is extremely unprofessional, rude, and amateur. I will never be coming back to petco again. AVOID.

After 3.5 hours, petco called to tell me they were only able to give her a bath and she is sitting in the kennel drying because she tried to "bite" the groomer. I truly have never seen my dog be aggressive towards anyone. When I picked her up, she was terrified and crying. The staff did nothing to try to calm her. Just kept her on a tight leash. When I tried to speak to the staff about it, they did not care and just wanted payment. Do not recommend taking your pets here!!
