We were conversing with the owner and that must've caused a distraction, as she failed to put the small collar in the bag with the hat. So not only did she have the extra small that we return but she also had the small that we were supposed to get in its place.. as soon as we got home we noticed it and contacted her, but she denied the error. We also asked if she could review the cameras placed throughout the booth, but she denied having any cameras. So now My mother's out $29. But there is a silver lining folks, you can get the same collar on Amazon delivered next day for $10 less..
