Either they didnt communicate in a timely fashion, or they showed up in dirty cars, or they showed up late, or drivers were just plain unsafe. Alliance took the time to explain to me the processes they took to ensure that the cars were on time, drivers safe, and cars beyond the usual clean that is expected. When they arrived I was blown away. The car looked like they had just picked it up from the showroom floor. The best part for me was that they were not only on time but in fact early!
