OK It snowed...I had 10 days AFTER the storm, (yes FedEx and UPS were running fine!) to pick up my new glasses...so 2 weeks and 10 days total time for delivery as I am driving 14 hours up north for a month. Still no glasses..last week...."Oh they're on the way should be here any day..we'll call you!" Waiting....waiting...no call! So I called them..."Oh we didn't tell you????? There was a glitch in the delivery/order..we have NO IDEA WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THEM!" Asked for a refund....the gal who works THAT job is sick, no one else knows how?!?! NOPE! What about the DR? I asked..."Oh I doubt it only she knows how"...Needless to say I can't get my glasses, can't get a refund and can't gert a simple straight forward HONEST ANSWER from these people and I will not be returning unless to get my prescription to go somewhere else! You should too...VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT.

I found out about it because my wife is a sissy and on top of that she's blonde and I understand blondies have maybe more nerve endings ‍ She is super sensitive, pain adverse,....she cannot have a dentist in any way shape or form that does not recognize her sensitivity, and so that's the reason we are now with Elite dental.
