Went in for my fitting I put them on and I was oh my gosh these are all wrong the young woman who was fitting me so very patiently explained to me why it felt so different told me if my eyes didn't adjust they would fix them . But what brought the service over the top I had locked my keys in the car when I stated I might not have enough money to pay a lock smith she offered to pay it thank the Lord I did have enough but her kindness touched my heart. So excellent service all round

The eye exams are always very thorough. I do agree with some on the other reviewers about the time sitting alone in a room waiting for the Doctor, but not enough to take away from the 5 star rating.

Let me start by saying, I originally made my appointment because I live nearby and I had what I…read morethought was an eye infection that I wanted taken care of. I called to make my appointment on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. The office staff was great when I arrived and I waited about 10 minutes before being called back. I had a full eye exam as well as getting my one eye looked at..turns out it was just a blocked gland and should be an easy fix. Dr. Jaynes was wonderful as well as his staff, they all explained things well and were beyond nice. I did leave needing glasses but because I had an old pair that I liked (with a very outdated prescription) they said I could bring them in and they could order new lenses for me letting me keep the old frames I like so much! I would highly recommend them if you are in the area and need vision care.
