But what brought the service over the top I had locked my keys in the car when I stated I might not have enough money to pay a lock smith she offered to pay it thank the Lord I did have enough but her kindness touched my heart. I called to make my appointment on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. The office staff was great when I arrived and I waited about 10 minutes before being called back. I had a full eye exam as well as getting my one eye looked at..turns out it was just a blocked gland and should be an easy fix. Dr. Jaynes was wonderful as well as his staff, they all explained things well and were beyond nice. I did leave needing glasses but because I had an old pair that I liked (with a very outdated prescription) they said I could bring them in and they could order new lenses for me letting me keep the old frames I like so much!
