I take my Rosy here every two months because her hair and nails grow fast. She's a Maltipoo and need a regular grooming. They do a great job! I look forward to seeing all the bows and cute stuff they put on her. She's been going here for years. I just ask for a complete shave, and just a little hair on face because her hair grows fast. Also, my Rosy is very sweet. Everyone who works with her (even for dental cleaning) says she is very sweet and easy to work with. This is one of the very few place out there that grooms cats. Living in Lake Elsinore where the temperature Is well over 100 degrees in the summer. My long hair cat is miserable with the heat and fur balls. This is the 2 time since we had her we had her shave. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Absolutely amazing experience! Catalina did a wonderful job from trimming their nails, washing and having them smell incredible. She confirmed that my frenchie mix isn't a fan of water but did great with a little patience and love so that was reassuring to hear and that my tan pup absolutely enjoyed getting washed and didn't mind the nail trimming at all. I was a bit nervous about brining my fur baby here only because I am a creature of habit. I usually go all the way to Lake Elsinore. My neighbor recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did. My fur baby was clean and groomed so nicely. Her nails were cut and her breath was fresh. The prices are very reasonable and she even got to take a picture with Santa. I WOULD NOT RETURN. Hello, if you're looking for a groomer I would not recommend this place. The owner of perhaps the main person in charge was friendly however the actual service for our dog wasn't good. I noticed right away that he has scratches or cuts on his back legs and penis as if the sheers they used may been to short or sharp. The place isn't clean, multiple cars and dogs free roaming while others are in a kennel. Once I arrived to pick him up she told me hold so she can spray him with deodorizer. A little awkward seemingly that he was suppose to get a shampoo. I hope they can get better but from the looks of it I would hold my breathe. read more

They cut our dog right under the eye and locked her in a kennel for over 4 hours. Please don't "overbook" appointments as a grooming shouldn't take 5 hours. Would not recommend. read more

I've taken my dog here maybe twice & absolutely loved it because the lady that always takes me in is so nice. But DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU!. When I walked out and got in my car, I realized I forgot my water bottle inside so I walked back inside and this lady (on the picture I provided) was literally yelling at my dog! "CAN YOU STOP ....STOP ....STOP...STOP BEFORE I MAKE YOU LOOK WORSE" that broke my heart knowing that's how she treats my dog & no wonder my dog is terrified of that place. She didn't even noticed I walked in because she had her air pods on. I understand that it can be frustrating but no dog should be treated with that energy, they should be treated with compassion. On a positive note, they are good at what they do but I would NEVER EVRR bring my dog back if that's how he's treated. No dog deserves that, so if you love your dog make sure she's not the one grooming. read more

I've taken my dog here many times and haven't had an issue until today. This is what my dog looked like when I picked her up. Bloody paws and dried blood all over her stomach and chest. She was only there for about 2 hours. I noticed once I got home and called them and they said she must have done it walking from the shop to my car, which obviously was not the case. All they could offer me was for me to bring her back and they would rinse her off for free, which is the last thing I'm doing. She now is limping around and won't put weight on her two paws that are hurt. Very disappointed because the young girls who work there are so sweet. read more

Everyone here is so sweet. I was in a panic, I just got a shelter dog and she was a mess, a very matted mess. I had called around and no one could fit me in for a month. This poor little girl couldn't wait that long. Who knows how long she had been this way already. I emailed them after hours and they replied and said to bring her in the next morning and they would fit her in. So today I took her in and they were wonderful. I dropped her off and later they called to pick her up. She was a completely different dog. Lol Kinda bald on the body but WOW she feels so much better, you can tell. Our babies look so good! This groomer was very accommodating of our two large dogs, getting them in together on the same day. The Airedale; a senior who has a bit of anxiety, does better when they are together. When they were ready to be picked up I received a text which is super helpful and I came right over to get them. The fees were exactly as discussed over the phone. I was so impressed with the Airedale's cut, he looks so handsome, and he knows it! The green bow tie is a nice touch. This is the worse place to take your dog!!! DONT EVER MAKE A APPOINTMENT!! I have a 10 month maltipoo and yes he was a little tangled so I knew his cut would be shorter than usual. I picked him up they had shaved him to his skin and wanted to charge me even more than what was quoted. Confused by that when they literally shaved him I could of done that!!! I brought my dog here for a simple pet grooming, when I dropped my dog off, I got a little concerned. I decided to call to remind them of the kind of haircut he needed.Two hours went, I started getting more concerned! I called to see what was going on. The woman on the phone informed me that my dog had a problem with the blow dryer, that they put him in a cage, I could hear my dog in the background! Then I get a call from the owner screaming at me to come and get my dog! when I got there she tried to charge me $60 for a shampoo, needless to say I was very upset, my dog was upset, everybody there was screaming at me, it was ridiculous, the worst experience I've ever had in my life! I will never take my dog near this place! The cops were called and basically I had to pay the money to get my dog back, they held him hostsge! Are you kidding me you're keeping my dog in a cage and he's screaming for what reason if you're a pet grooming you're supposed to be professional and be able to handle these sorts of situation my dogs not violent, my dog is sweet you could pick him up he doesn't mind so you're wrong owner of Wildomar pet grooming! I had to pay $40 for shampoo. The officer's name was Nicole and she was the nicest woman to me in this situation. She helped me get my dog, told me I could take this place to court!! the woman the owner everybody to court so I guess my final words are " we shall see you in court" because what you did to me today was wrong and I hope nobody ever has to go through what I just went through. I was a wreck, that's my dog, !!! you don't treat peoples dogs that way, you don't treat people that way. You're the worst business I've ever experienced in my entire life and I hope your business suffers in someway because of this!!! My 1st visit for grooming. My Maltese & Chihuahua seemed to like it. I love the Santa picture. The atmosphere is relaxed with mellow kitties walking around. This was my first time,the staff is very nice and left my pup with a cute scarf. However, when I picked him up he was still wet in some areas and they cut his nail far too short causing him to bleed significantly. Nobody mentioned anything to me about it either, and I specifically asked how he did and if there were any issues. I have a very hard time believing nobody would've noticed he was cut and just wish there was more honesty. I know accidents happen, but just soured the overall experience. read more

Just left this parking lot, I was parked, not even in front of her business, another business that was closed at the moment so I figured it would be fine to park there to grab a quick cup of coffee at the shop next door, since there were no other spots. I literally have to get my toddler unbuckled and out of the car and the owner comes running out yelling at me telling me I can't park there. I say I'm going to be 5 min and grabbing a coffee next door but she proceeds to stand there and watch me and yell at me to leave and proceeds to watch me leave. I don't usually park in customer parking spots, but there's was no other spots in this lot, or the coffee shop lot. I was literally going to run in and out. and I didn't want to park in the dirt lot across the street and have to cross a busy road with my baby. Plus, it's a private property, not like I can be towed anyways. I should've just ran in and grabbed my coffee and ignored her. Cause i wasn't lying, as I'm sure some people do. Literally grabbing a coffee to go and run home. So i definitely won't be supporting her business in the future. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Highly HIGHLY recommend! They go above and beyond! We drove from Escondido to have our two standard poodles and yorkie groomed here today thinking our appointment was today, when we really made it for next week. Instead of turning us away, they took them today (while already being short staffed), stayed over an hour after closing time to finish them up, and did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on all three of our girls. We greatly appreciate the extra effort they went through when they could have easily and justifiably turned us away. Our girls look absolutely fantastic and I can't thank them enough. She was taking her cat to her new home. We arrived on time to discover that your establishment was closed with no obvious notice pasted to the door.
