Hold your horses, people--I've found the unicorn of dog groomers! I brought my golden retriever Duke (my best buddy, high-maintenance show-dog lineage, the whole dramatic package) in today, and wow... just WOW. This groomer is straight-up an ARTIST. She didn't just groom him--she transformed him into the most handsome golden ever (in my biased opinion!!) all while keeping him calm and happy (no small feat, since he's usually a nervous wreck at these places). But here's what really sets her apart: you can tell she genuinely LOVES animals. She handled Duke like he was her own, with endless patience and care. Bonus points--she's got some cool exotics in her backyard, which says everything about the kind of person she is. This is the rare groomer you can drop your pet off with and actually relax, knowing they're in the best hands. Truly how she made Duke look isn't easy. Professional, kind, easy to work with, spectacular service--she checks every single box and then some. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows. On top of all that, she could easily charge double (especially for my Duke) but instead, she keeps it super reasonable. I'm beyond grateful to have found her. If you're looking for the best groomer around, stop scrolling and book here. Don't waste your time elsewhere--you won't find better. Duke and I are already counting down to our next visit! Highly recommend--give her a shot, you won't regret it!

The same day I picked my dog up from couture pet grooming

Took my dog here for a full wash and hair cut, and received him back looking half groomed. I addressed how I got my dog back looking half groomed and how his hair wasn't even cut in certain places with couture pet grooming right away and was told that they would fix it. The groomer I was speaking to through message told me that she would be out of town and told me the date she would be back and that she would be able to schedule an appointment and fix it by then. I contacted her on the date that she gave me and she never answered, then I noticed after trying to reach out a second time that she blocked me. I called on a different number and she answered, when I asked her about why she blocked me and if she can still fix my dogs hair she said she would call me back. She then texted me saying "she doesn't know what happened with the other phone number" but then proceeded to say she felt the hair cut looked fine and she would not be fixing it. I sent her a screen shot the conversation we had where she said she would fix it when she gets back into town, and she said that the owner said they would not be fixing it. I sent her the pictures and videos I attached to this review, and she did not address how my dogs hair does not look properly groomed and in fact barely groomed at all. i have been taking my dog to groomers for years and never encountered an issue, especially receiving my dog back looking barely groomed. They did not offer me a refund or anything either. Also, groomer is very rude and blocked me for no reason.. horrible experience and a horrible way to conduct business.

Amazing groomer! She is kind and so prompt with replying which is huge for me. She was so sweet with our new dog who we just got! Made sure he was comfy and took her time making him perfect! Will definitely be back to her forever! Prices are super good too!

We love her! She's timely in response, friendly, always has openings and works quickly! Our dogs have had anxiety issues with other groomers in the past, but they love Iwona!! She's a bit far from us, but well worth the drive 10/10 recommend!!

Iwona is kind and accommodating and patient. My little guy does not like being groomed but she gets it all done and does not traumatize him at all. He actually loves her. Another plus is she's reasonably priced. My only complaint is I wish there was a shaded spot to sit and wait.

Highly recommend this pet groomer and they also offer boarding for small dogs. A beautiful young couples small business in Lake Elsinore and only a 15 minute drive from Temescal Valley. I found them on a five star review yelp site. Pricing is very reasonable and I didn't have to leave her there for hours with a bunch of dogs. It was our little Bean's first time at the groomers earlier and it was phenomenal! Our previous groomer has recently closed its shop so we had to look for another one in the area. We have mistakenly created a project in Yelp that sent messages to a lot of groomers near us instead of sending it to just one. Alas, Iwona answered quicker than others and we think that is fate. The drive is a bit far but it is all worth it. They are responsive, accomodating, friendly, quick, and provides excellent service! Their location is really cute, with donkeys and llamas. We wish we couldve seen all other dogs inside but we are also considering of boarding her when we travel soon. We are happy that we have found this shop as they are a gem!

Found this gem of a groomer here on yelp. Loved the 5 star reviews and I could not agree more. My dog is a small doodle of some sort and Yvonna took the time to ask how I wanted him cut and listened to what I wanted. She is s very kind and my pup looked amazing. They did a good job. This pet groomer is located in an ADU/ back house. My Pomeranian was in need of a bath and haircut. I found Couture Pet Grooming on Yelp and saw the positive reviews. I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips. read more

My pup has been to Couture 4 times now and she's going again in a couple days. I'm hesitant to share how great Iwona is because I don't want you all to blow her up! But, she's wonderful and sweet... most of important of all is that my baby is comfortable there. Willow has only been to Couture (Iwona) since I brought her home and as long as she's happy, that's where she'll continue to get her doodle curls groomed. I've had several dogs and I used to go to big name stores for grooming, but I'm so much happier with Couture. She's reasonable, timely, super sweet, and accommodating. I've had trouble finding a good affordable groomer and I think I've found the one:) When I take my dogs to a new groomer I like to just go with a brush and a bath and maybe a cleanup trim for my corgi and terrier mix My corgi does not like to get groomed and is usually very anxious/stressed out when I pick him up but when I picked them up from this groomer he seemed happy and relaxed Both my dogs looked clean, neat and brushed. Horrible service for our two doggies . Not brushing, they still smells , I'm very very disappointed. I will never take my dogs back to this place. $65.00 for one and $60.00 for the 6 pound dog. I love bringing my dog here. My dog always gets stressed when going to any groomer and would always come back with red eyes. I recently moved to Lake Elsinore from the Whittier area. I have used the same groomer for 8 years for Hurley. I wanted to make the drive to Downey since Hurley always received great service. But that's a long drive & I thought I would take a chance and look for a local groomer . After looking at all the pictures and reviews I figured I try to see what Couture could do for me . Lot's of yard space and he makes sure the big dogs don't run over my littles and never once hesitated to send pics and videos of them! Joey ensures the dogs are comfortable at night sleeping and checks on them frequently throughout the night. It is a bit of a drive for me to Lake Elsinore but I would rather make the drive then to leave my babies somewhere else near me. The prices are also very reasonable and not too expensive. I highly recommend Bluna's Buddies for your pet stay.

These have included panosteitis, TPLO surgery, severe hotspots that became large and ulcerated (we paid dearly for a dog dermatologist and for specialized light therapies to heal his skin), pancreatitis, dietary issues requiring lifelong expensive special food, discoid lupus erythematosus, and optic nerve hypoplasia that has left him blind in one eye since birth. It feels like every time we finally identify and learn how to manage one chronic condition, another one appears. His medical care has easily exceeded the already high cost of purchasing him. Prospective buyers should be aware of our experience. Our king GSD is a lovely dog, but it has been heartbreaking to watch him suffer through so many painful and expensive medical problems.
