Skyview newsstand is located on the 1st, next to escalators. Sells lotto, scratch tickets,…read morenewspaper, cigarettes and candy. I came here numerously to buy Powerball, mega, lottery and scratch tickets. Every time, I would need to wait for the owner to finish looking at his cellphone; approximate 1 minute. Then he looks at you. I tell him $2. Lottery, he punches the number and put the ticket onto counter. Takes he money. No smile or thank you. Worst service ever.

Unfortunately, the older gentleman working there has been consistently rude every time I've gone in. It's not just one bad day--his attitude has been the same on multiple visits, and I've also noticed him treating other customers the same way. It's disappointing because it's such a unique shop with so much character, but customer service really affects the experience. I hope management addresses this, because the store deserves a friendlier and more welcoming atmosphere.
