I've been here a couple times dropping off jackets because it's convenient to where I notice they are soiled/crumpled and I'd likely be back in a week or so. Price is great and no problems with the results, just the location: Hwy 150 near the interstate has got to be the worst place to open a business, so much traffic you can't get anywhere. So if there's something I need from one of the big boxes I'll have two chances to remember. Meanwhile my jacket is clean and flat and not ruined for $3. Getting back home during "drive times" often requires some creative navigation, but if traffic is completely bagged there's dining options close by where you can wait it out. Be aware that this is a pay first cleaner, so if you're not going to pick it up you may as well save some time and money and throw it out yourself. read more

Extremely poor service and will be following up with a Better Business Bureau complaint. Issues are as follows: 1) Charged 2 "convenience fees" and 2 "environmental fees" on one order. The staff would not adjust. 2) One shirt came back completely ruined by water stains. 3) Two items were missing from my order. The staff provides zero resolutions to issues and instead rudely argues. I go here pretty regularly and get work items cleaned. Considering I've been to a few other dry cleaners in the area that have been much more expensive, I appreciate the location and price of this one. I noticed some other people mentioned rudeness. No one has ever been rude to me. I don't think anyone is there to make me feel all warm inside, but they get the job done. I've always had my items ready in time so I'll keep going! read more

So naturally I was interested in this place, due to the advertised "$2.50" sales pitch. My puppy has a dog tee pee & the cover needed to be cleaned (dry cleaned only). However, before realizing this, I had used some gel stain remover on it & then tried to rinse it out. Therefore the bottom of the cover was wet. I took it to the store on a Monday morning & was greeted somewhat unprofessionally. I explained what was going on & she rebuffed my statement about it needing to be dry cleaned. I had to bring up the website (where I purchased it from), to prove the cleaning instructions. She acted like she didn't want to even try to clean it. She stated she would rinse it (to remove all the stain remover), air dry it, then try to dry clean it. She gave me a receipt for $7.88, far from the $2.50 price. (I'm not sure what you get for $2.50) The receipt plainly said it would be ready after 5 PM on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon at 3:30, I called to see if it was ready/would be ready. A younger lady answered the phone & said pretty rudely, "If it said after 5 today, then it will be after 5." So, I drive up there & arrived about 5:10. The girl looks up my receipt & says "Oh, it's not ready yet." I said, "How can that be?! I dropped it off Monday morning." Another last walks up & says, "Oh, it has to be pressed." I asked, "So when will it be ready?" She says, "Tomorrow after 1." Thursday, after 1, I go back up there. Same young girl & older lady. Again: "It's not ready." Ugh! Then they can't even find it. Finally, the older lady retrieves it & brings it to me. No apology from either one of them. While the cover looked great, especially pressed, I was not pleased with the customer service I received. I really like this dry cleaners. Everything is just $2.50, and comforters are only $17.50. The staff is very friendly and they're so very accommodating. They're a pre-pay cleaner, which I think is reasonable. I've been coming here for years and think they do a great job with everything (dresses, men's shirts, bedding, etc.) read more

I brought in my comforter with a simple chocolate stain and they couldn't finish the job. Definitely won't be returning.

Good spot to get laundry and dry cleaning. I was told it takes a little longer if you get laundry done. I dropped off on Tuesday at noon and pick up was available at 5:00pm on Thursday. Got a suit and 9 dress shirts cleaned for about $20. Medium starch on the shirts was perfect for me. All very nicely pressed and bagged. Service was fast and efficient. I will use them again for sure. read more

Never have used Dry Clean Spot AND NEVER WILL AGAIN!!! Took in a king size comforter. Was told one week to be ready for pick up... My husband picks it up, and comes home with it carelessly shoved into a plastic bag and WRINKLED beyond belief!! When I bought it, it did not arrive wrinkled like this!!! What Dry Spot Cleaning did is infuriating!! We were told one week, today was the one week!! The way the comforter is wrinkled.... it had to be shoved in the plastic bag for at least 6 days. Called to complain, and the man (owner) actually argued with me, asked what was he suppose to do??!! Are you kidding me??!!! Told him I was the customer and should had been contacted when the comforter was done on the actual day it was done and he said he can't do that !!! Argued with me more, got extremely rude and... HUNG UP ON ME!!! DO NOT USE this pathetic, rude, and clueless business!!! Not even giving one star!! -0 stars !!! Great dry-cleaning great laundry service at very reasonable prices...just wished they took amex....no matter we use them all the time

I'm sure if the owners actually were there the customer service would be better. Picked up dry cleaning I had dropped off the week before and tried to drop off comforter to be cleaned. The lady working there had no idea what to do she kept telling me that a stain wouldn't come out over and over. I finally told her that we had established that point, can you dry clean it or not? She pointed to the stain again, that was a rust type stain from an iron. I grabbed the comforter and walked out. Please hire competent staff pay them a livable wage so your customers don't have to put up with this nonsense. Not going back! read more

Horrible service! Left a dress there for a week, staff couldn't give me price and said owner would call me that day with price. Had to call 4 times to get an answer and they told me they could wash the dress. I could've done that at home! I said I didn't want it washed and I'd come pick it up. Don't go here if you need something cleaned quick for your sister's FUNERAL! My husband needed some stuff cleaned for end of business Wednesday and they told him tough luck we're in Thursday now. This cleaners recently ruined a long sleeve dress shirt, the second shirt they have ruined in exactly the same way. The first time, I did not complain, but after this happened the second time, I did. The manager denied any responsibility. In fact, she claimed that I brought the shirt in already with a torn sleeve! She definitely was not interested in reimbursing me for the cost of the shirt. Also, in the past year, several shirts came back with buttons torn off, but they claim no responsibility for buttons (store policy). Finally, I have always asked for heavy starch, but the shirts are never starched enough, even after providing this feedback on numerous occasions. In summary, although their price is very attractive, the quality of the work and customer service is not. Do not recommend! I am will to pay more for better quality. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! I just moved to town. I took in seven items. Four of the items I got back still had spots remaining and new burn marks not previously there. I brought it to the attention of Simone who immediately began to argue with me. She then told me "you have an attitude. I am not doing anything for you. See the manager on Monday." As she was saying this, she crumpled up the supposedly dry-cleaned clothes and threw them back at me as she kept repeating "I'm not doing anything for you. Why do companies hire people like this. These guys lose your clothing, then manager will not acknowledge, they try to delete your old undelivered your clothing from their system. After three months finally locate my shirts and then say please do not come back. This is unexecusable service and performance. read more
