After new owners (Hill Park Cleaners?) took over, the wait times went from 1-2 mins to 20-45 mins to drop off or pick-up. They went from great service to terrible service. Turnaround went from next day to several days or more AND they are late for many people. I waited for over 40 mins for an order of 3 shirts - which they had lost and lied about it - until it was determined that they booked it under another customer's name. One young woman working there from before seems to be the only person who knows how to do anything. They should make her manager and double her pay if they want to turn things around. If you have to pick-up go in the drive through, because they were being served faster than people inside. Please someone tell me where else to go instead of this place. read more

The store manager and the "#2 guy were rude, sarcastic and just plain unprofessional regarding my request. In addition while I was talking to them two other were in the store: one customer's clothes was lost, had been lost for weeks, and the other one they couldn't find his clothes. WOW what a joke, I usually take m sons AF uniform for cleaning and it was always less than 10 dollars know when I picked up it went up 100% to 20+ what a JOKE I will be looking elsewhere for my cleaning. My gosh the prices are outrageous! I normally don't give reviews but this is outlandish. I would have never came back had I known about their ridiculous price increase. I thought I would give them a try after the ownership change. My bill for 27 pieces was $243.73 I have never in my adult life paid that much for dry cleaning. The receipt doesn't even list out the cost per item so you don't know what to expect the next time. One dress didn't appear that it was clean at all and 3 of my husband's dress shirts weren't pressed well at all. For this type of money their service should be nothing but exceptional and it definitely was not. I will never frequent this place again. And please note ownership changed a couple of months ago so some of these reviews that are older are for the previous owners. I have used Dry Clean Super Center several times, and up until last week it has been uneventful. I picked up my clothes and when I took them out of the bag to hang back up, I noticed a terrible smell that saturated all of my clothing. It was so strong that it stunk up my closet. I immediately hung them in another room to air out for several days. 5 days later, the smell is still lingering on most of my pieces. Once I went to go check the clothes again, I noticed stains all over one of my blazers and the clasp to a dress was missing. I took my Winter LLBean Jacket there last Saturday; my Front pocket was jammed & I could not free it up; I was fearful I would rip the jacket; Hugh, the Mgr. had it ready for me in Perfect shape on Monday; I asked him how long it took him to free up the Zipper and he said "about 10 Minutes". He charged me ZERO Dollars and that made my $10.00 Starbucks card for him so worth it! Thank you, Hugh! Like other recent posters, I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. Was always very satisfied with the quality of service. The new ownership is horrible! The store is a mess with dozens of sticky notes and receipts all over the floors and counter. The new employees do not even acknowledge customers when you walk in. Do not use them for alterations. They said they were having an issue with their seamstress. I should have listened and not given them my dress but alas I usually love them for dry cleaning. They did not have my dress ready by the day they quoted and when I did pick it up, it was as if nothing had been done to it. It was still 2 feet too long and I couldn't wear it to my event. Check your dry cleaning prior to leaving the store to ensure your clothes are processed correctly. This is the second time in two weeks my clothes were not acceptable. For instance, my dress pants has lining, the lining was bunched up and difficult to wear. I had them cleaned again and the same situation. My dress coat, had white fragments on it and the left sleeve was bunched up. I addressed my concerns today when picking up my garments (I checked them prior to leaving the store) due to the same issues. The female attendant, was very hostile and stated that is the way the sleeve should look until I wear it????? Excuses, excuses, excuses. Not once did she apologize and try to rectify my dissatisfaction. I asked for a refund of the items I had just dropped off and took them to a cleaners that is Very Professional and takes extreme care of the customers clothes. They also ruined a black pair of pants, the material is now shiny. They also put adhesive bar codes in the clothes that is challenging to remove. This place has been doing laundry for my family for a while now. they have been great until they lost my expensive item by giving it to another client. they have offered to give me my money back for laundry but since they cleaned I declined that. I just want my item back. every time I call they will lie that they will call back and that they have spoken to the other client who has my items but they will not take ownership or replace my items. the owner is very rude he even asked me why I want my item replaced and it was not new. he even told me that my item was not an emergency so I can wait. super unbelievable read more

Awful customer service. I am not from Dallas and needed a dry cleaner for a wedding ASAP. This place said they could get it done in the short time frame I had. I dropped off my boyfriends 2 piece suit and his shirt. The suit came back fine, but the shirt was completely ruined. I'm not sure what they did to it but it has some organs stains right on the buttons that won't come out (I already tried). When we were there and called them out in it, the employee said the woman that did the actual cleaning wasn't in to vouch the stains weren't there before so they couldn't give us the value of the shirt in that moment. I gave them my phone number as they said they would call us back. I gave them 2 weeks and no one has bothered to call me back. I would like the value of my shirt refunded because not only did I have to go buy a replacement, they still charged me for "cleaning" it, and I had barely opened the shirt a few days before. I've used this cleaner for about 3 years...every month I have a load to drop off. I've had them clean a huge king sized down comforter too. I've never had any item ruined, or not returned. I have had a couple of stained items be returned with the stain...but I suspected that those were going to be tough stains. They also have a drive thru which is convenient, as well as same day/next day service. Over the years there have been very few hiccups...an example of a hiccup? I was once charged $3 for the garment bag that I dropped the clothes off in...I had no idea they were going to clean a mesh bag and charge me for it. BUT, here recently my clothes haven't been feeling the freshest. About 2 weeks ago, I picked up my clothes and hang them up in my closet. A few nights later, when I was running late to get out of the house...I grabbed the only blazer that was going to work with my outfit...one that Dry Clean Super Center had just cleaned...only to discover that it smelled like it did before I dropped it off - not clean. The manager of this place does not treat their loyal customers with respect and professionalism. The manager hides in that little office in the corner and let the staff talk to the customers with their issues. The staff always say that their manager is not there and they will ask the manager to call when he/she comes in. And it is all a lie because the manager never calls. They only say their manager will call so that the customer will stop pressing the issue of their mistake. I will NEVER EVER do business with these people again because they are all in connivance with their lies and never admits their mistake. I was a loyal customer until recently they damaged my two favorite suit jackets. One of the blue suitjacket which I bought only a couple of months ago from Tommy Hilfiger now has a big, long scar inside of the jacket. It look likes someone cut it by using a knife. I also found a hole at the elbow on my second suit jacket from banana Republic. They refused to do any repair. I asked to talk with the owner, but the owner was never at the business. I asked for the owner name and the employees didn't want to provide to me. They admitted the jacket with a hole at the elbow, the banana Republic one, it was their fault, but the manager said the jacket was old and the elbow was thin. It was very easy to get a hole on it. My both jackets were ruined by them. the banana Republic is 200 dollars and Tommy Hilfiger is 100 dollar. I was reasonable by not asking the full price of payment. I was wiling to work out a solution with them, However, they don't want to offer any solutions by just simply saying they can't do anything. These people took advantage of my sweet father-in-law's old age. He brought in household linens to be laundered, and they charged outrageously -ie $10 for a tablecloth! Then tried to pass it off missing studs and glued the studs they found unevenly and would not compensate for the ruined top. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my dress and a coat there to dry clean two weeks ago. The dress I had worn one time and I dropped some food on it, I knew It was hard to remove the oil stain so I didn't even try to do it myself. The lady said they can't guarantee the stain will be removed but will try their best. I went to go pick it up a few days later , to my shock , they RUINED my dress. The entire dress was discolored, faded and material looked like it fell apart. It looked trashed. I told the lady my dress is ruined, can't wear it anymore. She said she was going to have it cleaned again but I told her there's nothing they can do to get the color or the fabric back to it's original but she insisted ok trying again. Once again the dress looked damaged. After going there 3x, I told them to throw away the dress , I wasn't going to wear it after they damaged it. She said ok. I grabbed the dress back. She didn't offer any apologies or money to compensate for a replacement. She made no attempts to make it but instead, got ugly with me and yelled out have a blessed day as I drove off upset. I wear suits for work and use dry cleaners on a regular basis. this place does the best job at the best price that i have ever seen. It is always busy there, because it has to be the best dry cleaning value of anywhere in the US. I can have a Suit Jacket and pants cleaned and ready the next day for $5. That is unheard of even down the street or in a neighboring town. I use them weekly and have never had an issue with any damaged items. Have been using them about 3 years. read more

I think all dry cleaners should set things up like this: take-home laundry bag, payment info saved, handy driveup service, very reasonable prices.
