Just had the most interesting experience. New to the area, took roughly 10-12 items, requested a cropped blazer to be cleaned by 4pm the next day for an event. I was told it didn't "look" dirty or smelly so I should just wear it and he couldn't make any promises to clean it by then because it was a nice garment. I then requested 3 thin turtle neck tops (purchased from Zara) 3 slacks (purchased from Express) to be ready by the EOB tomorrow considering the door says in by 9am same day return, I figured I could at least clean my work pants. I was told he couldn't make any promises because I have nice clothing so it takes longer. Assuming that didnt make any sense to him after my expression of confusion, he then said winter clothing took longer to dry. I packed up, walked out, won't be back. Very unfortunate. My advice to you is to work on how you treat customers. read more

They have a convenient drive thru service. They have never misplaced a garment. They send out for tailoring, but I have been happy with their timeliness and level of service . read more

This place got my husband's shirts damaged. They are linen from Tommy Bahamas and they claimed that is the deodorant or the lotion. All the shirts were spotted, color faded. They did not offer any solution, just repeat the same thing. Avoid this place if you would like to save your clothes and your money. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years , every time it's been great service ( super friendly) and everything completed to spec.

So for Christmas I bought my 17 yr old a pair of Rock 47's (70$) (we've been taking his jeans there for a while now) I got them from cavenders and took the tags off in the parking, lot so we could have them heavy starched to wear to school. All I was told by them, is that their machine didn't do that. We have receipts from cavenders, and the dry cleaner (also note the cleaners id tag still on the jeans). This is the second pair of jeans that have been damaged, but this is the one pair that is now unwearable. read more

Customer service is nonexistent! I get the impression they get a lot of complaints here. I called and asked for the manager's name. We were simply sending correspondence to businesses along Main St. We wanted this to go to the decision maker at each venue. Every other local business happily provided a name and in some cases, even spelled it out for us. Dry Clean Supercenter interrogated us instead. I spoke to two different people who became immediately defensive when I asked for the manager's name. I even explained why we needed it and that this wasn't a complaint. They asked who we were, what department we were with, what was the letter about, etc. After trying to answer all their questions and not getting anywhere, I finally hung up. If this is how they treat someone over the phone who doesn't have any issues, I can only imagine what this place must be like if there is the slightest problem. I'd hate to think about the drama a missing button might cause!!! NO I would not recommend them. NO I will not do business with them. read more

There is so much construction on Main Street right now I almost passed this place up. I needed something pressed and just happened to be stuck in traffic near this place. They did a great job pressing my pristine winter white coat and they did it quickly. I love that they open at 6am so it makes it easy to pick up and drop off before work. The attendant wasn't very nice, rather cold and matter of fact. I was surprised they make you pay upfront, because what if you didn't like how they did your clothes? It's less than a dollar for them to do shirts which is great. I'm dropping off my sheets next and will update my review if they come out the way I like. read more

Do not...I repeat, do not use this dry cleaner.!!! They ruined two shirts of mine...one linen and one silk. They tried to blame it on me when it was clearly bleaching from the cleaning solution they use. The woman who works there first said she would have to speak to the manager. Later, she said she was the owner. Then she refused to replace, pay for, or even issue credit at the cleaners for their damage. I had been going there for two years...didn't have a problem before that. They do not stand behind their mistakes. Two ruined Tommy Bahama shirts later and I'm out $208! read more

There isn't a lot of competition for them out here so they seem to do great business but for less than a dollar a shirt they are some of the best value in dallas. With that being said they don't take care of the small details like other places do like repairing buttons or seams. Very friendly but I think I'm ready to pay a little more for better service. read more

So most of the time my clothes come out good. The low rating is for the inconstant pricing and the beat down of the nickel and diming when it comes to dropping them off. Been going here for over a year and my request is simple. Dry clean the slacks and launder the shirts. Most of the shirts I have cost less than 10.00 on clearance. Others are uniform shirts for my wife. 2.50 to dry clean a 10.00 shirt doesn't make any since to me regardless of the material. So it started out .95 a laundered shirt. Then they removed the sign and it was .99 a shirt. Occasionally some of them had a little pet hair so that was a extra .10. There is a environmental fee of .45( are dry cleaners regulated like phone companies where they have to list fee's??) Today was the straw that broke the camels back. As she is counting the shirts she comes across one that is a blouse uniform of my wife's. They are all the same material but this one just has the button backwards because it is a female shirts. She wears both. She puts it aside an says (dry clean). So here we go again, why? It's a blouse. It is the same as the others. She tells me she has to dry clean because since it is a blouse it has to be hand ironed. (What ???) The labels are exactly the same. The colors are exactly the same. They have been laundering this shirt(blouse) for over a year and now she says it has to be dry cleaned. It always been policy she says. BS. This isn't rocket science it laundry of which we all do at home but it is convenient to have someone press the wrinkles out. Since it is a convenience then it should be a beat down to know on a consistent bases what the cost will be. Dry cleaners, donut shops and gas stations are on every corner but the difference is the service or general concern for the customer. As another worker walked in I grabbed my items and asked him to look up and see how much I had spent there over the last year. First he didn't know my name ( been going here weekly but whatever) and he brings up the total. Over 590.00..... So I will take my 600.00 and go somewhere else. I have used their services for several years now. I saw service improve about two years ago and it's holding steady at satisfactory level. Friendly greetings, great spot removal success and competitive prices. Sometimes shirt collars are not ironed straight and I fix that at home, sometimes a polo shirt shrinks, but overall - not too bad. read more

Moved to Tribute about 8 months ago and decided to give this place a shot. The first few times, there were no issues, but that changed. The last two visits, I encountered issues with missing buttons/damage. When I brought it to their attention that two of the custom shirts were missing buttons after picking them up, I was told they didn't do it, and they would not remedy the situation. Shame on me for not learning from this incident and giving them another shot. I tried once more to give them my business, thinking maybe the first issue was just a fluke. Wrong. Picked up my dry cleaning, and again, button missing from one of the shirts and some sort of stain on another. I was told again that it wasn't them, even though I thoroughly inspected the items when dropping them off. I will never use this dry cleaning service again and will take my business to an establishment that cares about quality and customer satisfaction. read more
