Came in from a referral. Sam & Victoria were our two-fers for the day. We set 2 appointments for the same time for convenience purposes and they were able to accommodate. Hair washed and conditioned - they smelled heavenly! Veronika* took the time to do it right let me tell you. I was letting my hair grow out to just get style'd, layered out right. She took her time and was precise. I was watching the adjacent seat get a nice shave and design to the bottom part of her head. That was amazing to watch! It was comfortable, clean and kept in the salon. It is an older building, but they made it homey! They do have their own parking lot, but street parking seemed plentiful. I would definitely come back instead of getting a cheap cut from other places *ahem ahem* *Remember to cash tip your fabulous stylist! Tammy is my favorite of all! She has been doing various fashion colors on my hair for the past 6 years or so. She is attentive to detail, meticulous, and has a great eye for perfection. The shop is cute!!! Stylish, comfortable, clean and fun to hang out in! Especially when my marathon hair takes sometimes 6-8 hours and multiple processes. Elli did my hair today, and I LOVE it! I got dark brown, purple, and blue highlights and a haircut. She spent the whole afternoon making sure my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I even had a low blood sugar crisis, and she dug up a snack for me to keep me sated while I waited for my fiance to bring me something from home. Not only are my highlights beautiful and saturated, she actually listened to me when I said not to cut off too much from the length...what a concept! I will definitely be going back! This is a cozy salon slightly off the beaten path, but worth the side trip. I was able to get an appointment just a few days out, and when I arrived Samantha got me a cup of tea and listened to what I was thinking on the hair front. The last time I had some color corrected from a DIY hair job and it came out beautiful! I asked for an ash blonde ombre with grey tones and Samantha produced amazing results! Hopefully the fact that I post here & refer my friends and coworkers says it for me :) Brande has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years & is genuinely dedicated to making sure you love your do! There have been times when I don't know what I want so I let her be creative. Though I never feel like I can't tell her exactly what I'm looking for if I've got something in mind and I always love the outcome. She's got a spunky personality & provides just the right amount of input. Any time I've ever gone to a salon for highlights I come out with red instead of blonde. Last night I got my hair done by Tammy and I know why it never worked out before! Every other experience i've had was only hald the process. They didnt want to put in the time to do it right. I got exactly what I wanted out of my trip, which was to cut off 8-12" inches of mangled fried hair from a lot of DIY hair dye adventures, and re-bleach it from my natural off-black hair to a color light enough to dye over again. Brande did a fantastic job at both cutting my hair and keeping it healthy and soft after bleaching it for literally an hour and a half. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

It usually works out fine for me. This time around, I saw a groupon available, called Hair en dipity and spoke with Brande. She was willing to squeeze me in that afternoon for a cut and color. Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair... She also had a great personality that made the experience a ton of fun! I have received more compliments on my hair than ever before! I am absolutely blown away by the hospitality and expertise I received from Elli at Hair 'endipity. I came in as a walk-in yesterday to see if I could get squeezed in. She said she had about 15min before her next client but had no problem fitting me in. Gratefully, the next person was even willing to wait a little bit for Elli to finish me up. I told Elli that I hadn't gotten my hair cut in about a year and half because I was scared to have someone new do it as I had moved here from southern Oregon two years ago. She was really understanding and really listened to what I wanted. Unfortunately, we didn't have quite enough time to finish drying and flat ironing to check the cut, but she graciously invited me back today to finish up. After all of this the only thing I wished could have been different is to have been able to donate my hair. Although that wasn't a fault of Elli's, I simply didn't think about it until it was too late. Today on 07/23/16 I walked in at around noon and closed the door. Not one person said a thing to me; there was only one chair to sit in and it was occupied. I didn't really know what to expect from a salon but this place has so many good reviews that I decided to give it a shot. I called and scheduled an appointment and they said they could see me that day. Great! Unfortunately I didn't account for my lack of an ability to read a clock so I had to call and reschedule as it was already way past my appointment time. Elli Was still incredibly nice and I was scheduled the next day. Again, I was late (I blame this one on traffic, which apparently is the nickname I gave myself) and again Elli was incredibly nice, inviting and personable. She also knew how to handle my hair which is saying a lot as my exact words were "I have no idea" when she asked what I was looking for.
