I used the big one & it says add $1.10 for another 10mins. I was on 30mins of my drying time & it only added 8mins. That's NOT OK. I really just might not come back. The rolling baskets look like a scrunchie of human hair is wrapped around every wheel. So gross. The clothes neither felt nor smelled clean and I swear it was a total waste of time and money. My issue just happened with the senior citizen that works there, I showed up at 7:30 PM, get to the door and it's locked, she tells me I can't wash my clothes. It says on the window last wash is 7:30 PM so I'm unsure of why I'm now inconvenienced, having to carry my clothes back up 3 flights of stairs, still dirty. All because that old woman is too lazy to sit down for an hour? Clearly she doesn't care for the customers or the business for that matter. She didn't mind sitting down when she had her boyfriend come and see her while she was working... very upsetting to me as this is the closest and cleanest laundromat to me but she has turned me completely off. I would have been done with my clothes by 9PM.
