I don't go to the dry cleaners often enough to know what the average prices are but I do agree w/ the other review that they are more expensive than most other places. But the quality is always great. I mostly take work dresses or shirts that are a pain in the ass to iron & my investment pieces, like vintage white dress, that I know I'm going to keep for awhile & don't want to turn yellow & dingy. Bottom line: if you're the type who goes to the dry cleaner weekly just to get work shirts pressed, etc., probably could find a cheaper dry cleaner. But if you have unique pieces that you want well cared for, a tricky stain, or are not in frequent need of a dry cleaner = great one. **I think they still give you a 10% discount if you pay up front.

I have even referred so many customers and family members to busy bee . The location was convenient for last minute items with a reasonable turn around. The owner is definitely the problem here as his pricing consistently goes and changes over night. I personally have walked in on the owner arguing with other men about pricing and misleading information that he simply refuses to take ownership of . Overtime I began to receive the same type of service and frustrated conversations with him. During COVID his daughter worked there as she consistently gave people wrong clothing items or/and did not provide you with your items. The inside needs a real bad dust cleaning. Artificial plants have layers of dust as do the walls and structure ( for CUSTOMERS with allergies SMH). The only nice and warm employee is the lady that lived across the street while raising her kids - she left the business but came back after being called to come back and he now keeps her in the back more than he does up front . Outside needs to be touched up and fix your broke van that seems to have sat for the longest. Moral of the story Mr Owner - I'm BIG on culture, community and business and you're not it . Glad I made the change and I now support my own FAMILY BUSINESS because culture is EVERYTHING! ( DUST FREE, CALM & REASONABLE CONVERSATION AT THE RIGHT PRICE )

If I request for same day service, my clothes are crisp, clean and readily available any time after 6pm (same day). STEAR CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I took my $800 pottery barn…read morecurtains (white and baby blue) here to combine two '50in panels into one '100in panel and iron two '50in panels for $360. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.
