This is the only dry cleaner I have used for past 5+ years. Mainly b/c they are in a convenient location, have a drive through & offer other services; like seamstress/stitching (when a pant seam has come undone or a button fallen off), clean leather, I trust them (I've left clothes there for months accidentally & have never had anything go missing) & the staff is always very sweet, family run, always the same people. I don't go to the dry cleaners often enough to know what the average prices are but I do agree w/ the other review that they are more expensive than most other places. But the quality is always great. I mostly take work dresses or shirts that are a pain in the ass to iron & my investment pieces, like vintage white dress, that I know I'm going to keep for awhile & don't want to turn yellow & dingy. Bottom line: if you're the type who goes to the dry cleaner weekly just to get work shirts pressed, etc., probably could find a cheaper dry cleaner. But if you have unique pieces that you want well cared for, a tricky stain, or are not in frequent need of a dry cleaner = great one. **I think they still give you a 10% discount if you pay up front. read more

I am writing this review after I took my business and money elsewhere and am so glad I did . Previously I had been a customer FOR YEARS ( even after Mr Blue retired ... Yeah !) I have even referred so many customers and family members to busy bee . The location was convenient for last minute items with a reasonable turn around. The owner is definitely the problem here as his pricing consistently goes and changes over night. I personally have walked in on the owner arguing with other men about pricing and misleading information that he simply refuses to take ownership of . Overtime I began to receive the same type of service and frustrated conversations with him. During COVID his daughter worked there as she consistently gave people wrong clothing items or/and did not provide you with your items. The inside needs a real bad dust cleaning. Artificial plants have layers of dust as do the walls and structure ( for CUSTOMERS with allergies SMH). The only nice and warm employee is the lady that lived across the street while raising her kids - she left the business but came back after being called to come back and he now keeps her in the back more than he does up front . Outside needs to be touched up and fix your broke van that seems to have sat for the longest. Moral of the story Mr Owner - I'm BIG on culture, community and business and you're not it . I am a local USF college student whose dress came in super late; the day before my GRAD PICS! Insane right, I called them within the hour of me coming and they were able to steam my dress within 15 minutes. Talk about dedication and service requested it's incredible they are so nice and sweet the front lady at the front made sure I was taken care of! Come to them with your problems they got you solved! I brought a comforter in to be dry cleaned .I went to pick it up he said it wasn't ready because it was in the dryer. I told him it doesn't go in the dryer.The owner literally ran to pull it out to let it air dry. Next day my blanket is all shriveled up and he tells me to brush it out, he tried to and being sherpa he just ruined more. He claims that it says it can be put on low into a dryer. No it can't thats why I asked him to dry clean it. Very rude. The women there are nice but the owner has to learn to take responsibility. Look at the attached pictures and if you agree with the owner that there isn't a difference then this is the dry cleaner for you. So disappointing. read more

They're not dirt cheap but they're reasonable, a dress shirt and two dresses for $30. But they do AMAZING work. Both dresses had stains, one of which was there for years, and both came back clean as new. The family that works the shop is wonderful, always friendly and has been able to rush things (when my husband forgets to go to the cleaners until the day before an event and was still able to wear the shirt for the event). Another bonus is there being a covered drive up area- don't have to get out of your car at all and don't get wet in the FL rain. I can't say enough nice things. Best dry cleaners in TT!! read more

This is the only place I trust with my uniforms. I have been going here since December 2019 and have never had an issue. When I am at work I always get compliments on how pressed my uniforms are. I would highly recommend if you have professional uniforms. read more

Been coming here for almost 3 years. They do a great job on normal stuff but I also took a couple things there that I wasn't sure would make it and they got it done every time. They also do little extra things for collars and Jackets they clean. Family run and the team members that are not family seem like it due to the great service provided. I love Busy Bee' Dry Cleaners so much during the pandemic I took in a bunch of suits I don't wear anymore that will be donated to be cleaned even though they were already clean. :) read more

All I was looking for was an estimate of how much it would cost to have a few shirts dry cleaned. Shirts. Collars and buttons. The guy on the phone seemed incredibly annoyed and asked me how he was supposed to quote me on something he hasn't seen. Okay. I just assumed since you were in the business you may have an idea of what your own business charges for this incredibly common service. Aside from the he was just incredibly rude and apparently annoyed that I had called instead of coming in with my items. I was getting quotes first so I didn't waste my time driving 20 minutes. I give them 3 stars because I give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day. But I've been in the service industry for 15 years. You don't act like a potential customer is bothering you if you would actually like their business. Anyways, I called another place after. She told me $1.75 without hesitation and was incredibly pleasant. Even if she had said $2.50 there's a good chance I'd still go there simply because of how nice she was on the phone, and obviously wanted my business. I guess I found my new dry-cleaner. read more

Busy Bee Cleaners and Alterations should be avoided at all costs, as their approach to resolving customer complaints seems to be intimidation of the complaining customer. I recently brought in several items for alterations, including a pair of pants that needed one leg's hem redone. When hanging the pants up at home after picking them up, I saw that there were 4 large spots of red ink on the pants (not noticeable when in the cleaners bag). When I brought the pants back to Busy Bee, the owner Hanif refused to believe that the ink had not been present when I dropped the pants off - despite my statement that why in the world would I have brought in pants for hemming that had large ink stains on them. Hanif, a large man, became very hostile and aggressive towards me, waving his arms and repeatedly shouting at me: "Do you swear to god that the stains weren't there before?" After I said yes, he slammed things around and took the pants for free dry cleaning. Although I hope that the stains come out, I will never use the Busy Bee again since attempted intimidation seems to be their approach to resolving customer service problems. read more

Been going here for the past year to get shirts and pants dry cleaned. Pick up and drop off is pretty quick (having the drive through is nice as well). They always have my clothing reading by 5 the next day. My clothing has always come out nice and clean. No complaints, and I'm happy to continue going here for my dry cleaning needs read more

The people who work here are friendly and the location is good. But, just like many dry cleaners, the services are way overpriced. I paid $40-something for a few dresses that I planned on consigning, which pretty much negated any money I would have made off of them. However, the quality was fine and they were able to get some water stains out of my clothing. Not bad, just expensive. I think you can do better in this area. read more

I wanted to have 2 pair of pants altered. Alterations are not done on site. I asked for a price on the work that I needed. Was given a price/estimate and I thought it was reasonable. When I came to pick up the item the price changed from $25 for both items to &62. I talked to the owner and he said that I misunderstood and that the price was per item. If you ask for a price for work to be done you are looking for a total price and at no time did he say the price was for each piece. I could not abandon the items and was forced to pay $50 before I could get my items. Had he properly communicated the price I would not have had the work done. I would never recommend this place. He has no honor or integrity. read more
