It is with profound disappointment and frustration that I write this review for Dryeco Green Dry Cleaners, an establishment I once held in high esteem but now, after a horrendous experience, cannot recommend to even my worst enemy. I entrusted my precious coat to Dryeco Green Dry Cleaners, a garment of considerable sentimental and financial value, and the treatment it received under their so-called "expert" care was nothing short of devastating. Upon collecting my coat, I was greeted with the shocking sight of a damaged garment, visibly ruined and bearing little resemblance to its former pristine condition. To add salt to this already open wound, the employees not only refused to acknowledge their undeniable mistake but also had the audacity to cast the blame onto me and the manufacturer. Their argument? The cleaning instructions were not "adequately" provided. As a consumer, I find this to be a weak defense and a clear demonstration of their lack of expertise in the field. When one patronizes a dry cleaning service, the expectation is that the staff has the requisite knowledge to handle a variety of garments, regardless of the clarity of the cleaning instructions. When pressed for a resolution or compensation, I was met with further indignity and callousness. It is frankly unacceptable for a business to operate in such a manner, failing to own up to their mistakes and shirking responsibility for their lackluster service. In conclusion, the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with a clear lack of expertise and responsibility, makes Dryeco Green Dry Cleaners a business to avoid at all costs. Your valued garments deserve better, and so do you, as a consumer. My first time to DRYECO was this week. I have to say that it was a great experience. The man behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I brought in an armful of work clothes and one cocktail dress which had several stains on it. I had worn it over Memorial Day weekend to a nice restaurant and a waiter spilled cocktail sauce on it while removing my plate. The restaurant was nice about it and brought me club soda (which did nothing but cause more stains) and let me know that they would pay the cleaning bill or replace the dress if the cleaners couldn't get it out. I was anxious to get the stain out because I had bought the last dress of its kind in the store! Anyway, to make a long story short, Dryeco got my stain out and steamed the dress in no time for about $6! I had dropped off my clothes around 7:30am and everything was ready to be picked up when I got off work. The same guy was at the counter and helpfully explained the cleaning process on my dress. i thought it was ruined but it wasn't at all. Thanks dryeco! read more

I was usually using my corner dry cleaners in South Beach because I needed to drop my clothes once a week in the morning. But after learning about the toxins and chemicals used in traditional dry cleaning, I decided to try Dryeco. More than only an eco-frienly dry cleaners they also offer a free pickup and delivery service and they are very nice. They came on time even after work, and they return your clothes like new ! Had to send my bridesmaid dress for dry cleaning after it reeked of my friend's cigarette smoke (so annoying!) while transporting it in my car; I went with Dryeco after seeing that they were local, and that they picked up and delivered from and to my office. The fact that they use eco-friendly solvents was also a big plus; I had absolutely no issue, the pick up and drop off was prompt, the service was friendly and best of all, my dress doesn't smell like cigarettes anymore and is bridal party ready! they ruined my shirts, upped the price without telling me and changed the fees every time they felt like it. customer service does not care about you and will not attend to what you need. if they ruin an expensive shirt, they will give you $20 in credit and the raise your fees so they can spend all that credit. hands down very very bad experience with the company. do not recommend. only good thing was the delivery guy. great guy, too bad he works for such a bad company. read more

You could not ask for better care and personal attention at a dry cleaning establishment. It's like having a butler or personal valet. Not only is the laundry and dry cleaning service great, Dryeco also does a fabulous job on alterations. It took me a lot of time to choose dry cleaners. I needed to clean my wedding dress and I wanted a company that will make it with care.
