Who suggests this to a customer? My dog has no health issues and acts like a young dog. I just wanted the area treated properly the first time. I had my carpets cleaned 2 years ago by Kettle Moraine Professional Cleaners and I didn't have any issues with dog urine smell. I used Syl's based on suggestions from friends. My dad reattached the hose himself. The company agreed to take $50 off of his bill. He was satisfied with this action. A year later they came back to replace a part on the furnace. He was charged $82 for a part plus the service call. He found out later that the part's actual cost on amazon was $28. I guess they figured out how to recoup the $50 credit from their initial screw up.
