I told them I would pay for the emergency call. This is in the middle of summer. I called RS Andrews and they responded that same day. These people don't care about servicing their own customers for work they're done. Edit: My wife called and spoke with someone named Tara. She repeated that it was your policy not to make after hours calls for customers unless they had the maintenance plan. She did nothing to make it right. I have friends in this business in South Florida. They've done this for 30 years. I spoke to one of them this morning and he reiterated to me that if he had installed a machine under warranty and it failed, he would come at any hour to fix it. Clearly this is not what you do.
