The area around the furnace room door needed some repair, and Martin replaced a few wooden boards surrounding it. He also painted the boards to match the original color. The lock to the front door had gone through a few mishaps, and was hanging by a thread. We asked Martin if he could replace it with a touch screen lock system. He took his time completing this task; we could not be any happier with our new system. He replaced the dining room chandelier, and fans in both the family room and bed room. As for outside the house, he was able to fix a few fence panels in the backyard. His work is neat, detailed, and he gets it done in a timely manner. It was a bit of a tricky job due to the trim being arched, which meant it had to be traced and cut appropriately. I had the pleasure of contacting David, whom I asked several questions of how he would go about the process and I felt very comfortable with everything he walked through. He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain.
