A month ago I found about 3 inches of water in my crawl space. Very upsetting and to my surprise, every company I reached out to didn't do clean up but claimed they could "give me a quote" from except for one...Seal N Restore. Fernando Jr came out and gave me a quote for clean up and idea of what might be occurring. They were able to come out a couple days later for clean up. While he and Sr were cleaning, he kept me updated with issues he was finding via FaceTime. He then came when I was home to present me with a formal quote for waterproofing the crawlspace. I decided to move forward because of his professionalism and his ability to thoroughly explain what was going on. My crawlspace is now dry and sump pump installed along with badly needed insulation. I would recommend them for any of your waterproofing needs and restoration. I plan on having them do more projects in the future. read more

They came to repair a leak that was going on for a while in my crawl space. It was very tricky because was between the stairs and the wall. They were able to work around the stairs and not have to demolish the stairs. They were very clean, honest and affordable. The finish work looks great, can't event notice they had to open the drywall. They also found a gas leak that I was not aware of and suggested I hired a plumber to fix it. read more

I have lived in my home for 4 years and we have always had issues with water leaking through the walls and the windows in the basement. I have had many basement waterproofing experts, roofing experts, tuckpointers, etc check out the basement and the exterior of my home to see what was causing the leaking. None of them was able to figure out what was causing the problem or provide a solution. When the Seal-N-Restore team came to my home, they listened carefully to my concerns. They conducted a thorough inspection and were able to find some issues with cracks in the foundation. However, they didn't just stop there. They conducted several water tests over time to make sure that the basement was really waterproof. They took their time and were patient, always making sure that they clearly explained what they were doing. I never felt that they were rushing to finish the job. On the contrary, it was clear that they cared enough about my home to make sure they left no stone unturned in making sure that all water leakage issues were resolved. We had an issue with major flooding in our basement. Fernando came out the same night of our issue to help us understand our issue. Turns out, we needed all new drain tile. While Seal-N-Restore does drain tile, at the time the project was big enough that they recommended another company that specialized in big projects. However, Fernando helped us through the whole process, made sure we were charged correctly by the other companies, and handled the demo and restoration work. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you have any issues with water and done know where to start, Seal-N-Restore should be your first call. They did great work at a very reasonable price. read more

They actually worked on two separate projects for me. In both cases, they were upfront and honest about all the issues, providing several options so I could make an informed decision. The work was excellently done. I liked them so much that I had them take care of my new home when I moved in despite moving quite a distance away. Sure enough, they found a few issues that could not be found during inspection. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about them. read more

We had a few old cracks in the crawl space that needed to be taken care of. Seal-N-Restore came out to review them. Fernando carefully inspected each one and instead of just racking up the cost, determined that none of them needed reinforcement (extra cost) as they were from settling and were no longer moving. They did however needed to be covered by epoxy and injected with polyurethane to stop water seepage. The area under one of the cracks still seemed damp and Fernando came back to inspect it (25 year warranty!), which turned out to be water coming from underneath the footing, along with some discoloration from before it was sealed. While it wasn't his job at that time, he still helped me dig a small trench to the sump pump area from there so the water would have a path to escape/move (hard clay underneath lava rocks). Seal-N-Restore was easy to work with, friendly and reliable, I would highly recommend them if anyone is need of foundation crack repair / waterproofing! read more

Both Fernando Jr and Fernando Sr. did an excellent job repairing a vertical crack in our window well that cause minor leaking in one spot of our finished basement. They showed up on time, the price was very reasonable and the repair was done promptly. But what set them apart from the other companies and estimates we received was for a modest additional fee, they were able to fully restore the removed drywall and paint the area. All we did was supply the paint. All the other companies said they could repair the crack in the concrete wall, but we would have to find our own drywall guy and painter to finish the job. Fernando is incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. He gave us a fair quote and told us of different ways of handling our issues. Specifically, we had several foundation cracks that needed to be repaired, with some being significantly worse than others. One particular crack, behind our boiler, was deemed 'too difficult' for other foundation repair contractors. We were often asked to hire a separate plumber to move the boiler to fix the crack behind it. Fernando and his team were able to handle the removal and re-installation of the boiler without skipping a beat. From simple crack repairs, hard to reach cracks, to having to install rebar for bigger cracks, Fernando and his team executed everything above and beyond our expectations. On top of doing a great job at a reasonable cost, Fernando and his team are respectful and really care about doing the job correctly and above all safely.
