It is not lifted and they had the two step ladder which they would reach with that so no excuse. I talked with the attendant again and they came over to look at my car, took pictures, called their manager, and told me that she would be in contact soon. About a week and a half goes by I get a call from the manager saying that she's waiting to hear back from the owner so that I can go get the spots on my car buffed out, which was a week and a half ago. I would not encourage anyone to go to this car wash.
