I went to Route 66 car wash to get my new purchased car washed . As I was going in the tire grab part of the washer broke something in my left side front end and messed up my alignment right away . I start to move out of the wash my car turns right my steering wheel is not strait . I got that car from a 80 year old that drives slows and has everything done by the dealer now it's totally different I have a grind as soon as o came out of the wash . The young guy that helped with getting lined up messed up . I have a dash cam so I know where it was and came from . Beware they don't take responsibility for their machine from damage . I wish I never used that place and the own just says I was not there so I don't know where it came from damage wise . I don't play games or write about experiences unless it's like this . The prices of car wash are just ok. But, if you have a truck. They charge an additional $10. And they don't advertise that price. If I'm going to pay an additional $10 for my truck. They should at least do an excellent job., which they did not... it was subpar at best. They didn't clean my side view mirrors or clean the screen inside my truck. I'm here on a slow day but they are paying attention to detail- I have a weatherproof mat covering my entire trunk and they even lifted it to clean underneath. My car is a cross tour but they wash it for the sedan price. $25 vacuumed, taken through the machine wash, hand dried, insides wiped down. Worth it! read more

It's hard to find a 5 star (not detailing) car wash spot, so 5 stars for this category is what they get because this is my favorite spot in the area. I've gone when they're busy and when it's a mellow and both times got the best results I could ask for from a quick wash. The prices are unbeatable! They cleaned a dodge ram 2500 for just $45 and did an amazing job! I could have done a few extra features, but knew my dogs would be in it within minutes. They have a really cute gift shop too with snacks and trinkets or you can walk to near by food if they're busier! read more

When we picked up the car after leaving it for a premium car wash, there was a large crack on the windshield. There was no mention or apologies for the damage. The crack got.bigger so we had to replace the entire windshield. Do not feel safe. See picture of crack. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service. Asked for an interior detail and was returned with a half done job. Cup holders weren't wiped, doors weren't wiped, each side pocket looks unfinished, there's still sand in the back seat that wasn't vacuumed fully. This place is a joke. $46 for a car wash + power wash rubber mats. My family uses a lot of sports gear so our rubber mat in the trunk has a lot of scuff marks. I paid an extra $10 to get it washed. Of course they make the front area look decent so that you drive off thinking they did a great job. Look at my pictures and tell me if you think this was worth $46. An absolute joke. Your only job is to clean my car. And at that price, it should be spotless. Imagine if any other profession put in this amount of effort. If a nurse put in this effort to her patients, her patients wouldn't make it! Ridiculous. Overpriced for the work they do. Attention to detail is not there, I paid around $55 for a wash with a floor mat cleaning. Spots on the wheels where there was still dirt, molding missingbarmorall on one side of the car. My seats weren't completely wiped. Specifically asked for cherry air freshener, and homie sprayed strawberry, I told him he sprayed strawberry, and he said "No it's cherry...." These guys do a great job, one of the most consistent washes around, however... the up charges are real! The wash I get is advertised at $38, but by the time I pay it's $55 with no real explanation besides that I have a full size vehicle. Mobile hand wash guys are way more reasonable if you find a good one. read more

So I give 1 star for multiple reasons. The price of the washes went up but the quality was far below the price. Almost every panel had water marks, some areas didn't even look like they were touched. Especially the wheel wells. They were as dirty as when I brought it in. The inside was unimpressive. Crumbs still in both front seats, dust everywhere. My biggest complaint being the long scratch they left on my driver side back door. It was obvious that it was new, I had never noticed it until I left the wash and parked the car. It's not small it's long and curves with the trim as if someone was wiping and scratched it. Will not return or recommend that wash in the future. read more

They lack attention to detail and missed so many obvious spots both inside and outside my car (see pictures I posted for examples). This is my third car wash here and unfortunately I am left yet again unsatisfied. My car is never too dirty, so it is frustrating when the rims still have dirt on them after the wash.
