This place is decent, but I honestly wouldn't spend your money here. I've been a few times, and unfortunately, I've never left completely satisfied with the cleaning. They don't thoroughly vacuum under the floor mats or between the seats, and when wiping down the center console and dashboard, they seem to miss several areas. Every time I leave, I still notice dirt, dust, and spots that should have been cleaned. For the price, I expect more attention to detail. I've given this place multiple chances, but the quality just hasn't been consistent enough for me to recommend it. read more

This is the best car wash near me. It is wuick and there are so many great options for cleanliness. The price is high but it is worth it.

I came in here today, and I was promised a lot for my $100. There was a lot I was promised but I did not get. I didn't even get my air freshener I was promised today. I had to remind the employee that my trunk wasn't vacuumed he said they should have done it first in the front. Then the third bench seat was not vacuumed. I reminded the employee and he was very helpful but I shouldn't remind them how to do their job.I felt bad not tip and I still left them a tip definitely not worth my money or time. I would rather go to my regular spot closer to home. read more

Wanted to make this our new car wash spot since we just moved to the area. But I got so upset the next day when I noticed they had stepped on my back seat to dry the top of my SUV. It is not lifted and they had the two step ladder which they would reach with that so no excuse. (I don't even allow my 5 year old to step on my seats) On the day of I noticed my interior cup holder/ phone charger area still dirty. I didn't want to be that person and figured maybe the person just missed it and it happens. I even gave a good tip and will definitely not be going back. Don't come here!!! Came twice with the same car, charged two different prices! I decided to test out this car wash a few weeks ago. They had charged me $36. Today, I went back for another car wash and they wanted me to pay $50. When I asked the attendant why the car wash is more expensive he said that my car can't go thru the machine and needed special treatment. I honestly felt like the attendant was trying to make extra money off of me and that didn't seem fair. I explained that I was there recently and why didn't they say that last time, he said thats our rules. I asked the attendant to give me his managers name so i can speak to him and he wouldn't give it. I feel like the owner or manager should be present to make sure their employees are not hurting the business. Overall seems real fishy, and I won't return here. read more

After getting a tune-up at Jiffy Lube I decided to treat Psboston (that's what I call her) to a really good car wash. Picture this... I drive up to the drop-off area and the (I'm guessing here) supervisor sees that I am contemplating getting the $119.00 deal to get my seats washed. He talks me into the $249.99 detailing but he'll take off $50.00... I him-haw because I only had an hour to spare (I had to be in San Dimas by 2:00pm and it was 1:00pm), he told me they would have 2 people detailing my car and get me out of there in time. I agree, because I had brought a book and penpal materials. I watch one guy work on my car and as the hour passes I chalk it up to my $50.00 discount and rearrange my schedule. Here is why they get 2 stars. I see them blow the horn and wave the towel (it's under the tent area) I go over, and hand the guy a $22.00 tip (I usually tip more but it is my history of this place that something is always not completed) when I walk up to my vehicle, the guy tells me that my floormats are still wet and he placed them in the trunk area in my SUV - they are sitting directly on cardboard boxes with items in there! no plastic anything to protect my stuff. He mentioned they would need more time to dry, so now I need to go home and drop off the floormats so that they can dry. My car still has scuff marks, dirt, and watermarks on areas of my vehicle. I grab a rag and start wiping my car down, the guy comes back and says he can do it but I'm not trying to be a d!*# so I show him 2 more spots (he says those are scratches until I demonstrate that they aren't by wiping them off with my finger) then he quickly wipes other spots I show him and (because there is a language barrier) points as if to say "Is there anything else" I just tell him "no" and continued to inspect my car. At $200.00 I shouldn't be over there wiping off areas. I called today and spoke with Jose who is the Manager here and he offered to make it right and was also VERY understanding but NOPE! I'm done, this has happened every time I have brought my vehicle in. I just thought that with the upgraded detailing they would actually have more care to make sure it was done well. The interior of the car looked FANTASTIC the wheels & rims were sparkly clean the car looked terrific except for the minor areas that I found (maybe 8 spots in total) FYI if you are getting your car detailed be sure you have the time to hang out so that everything is dry, including the seats... also if you have to leave ask for plastic covers for the floormats to lay on top of. They destroyed my valve stems cause they hit the rail on the outside of the wheel instead of the inner part. They misused their equipment, didn't offer to repair anything said it was useless to go after them, they claimed it was my fault because of aftermarket wheels, then threatened to call the cops on me then trespassed me after I asked for the owner's info. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that people should know before wasting their money here. Paying $40 for a "full" car wash only to realize the machine did all the work on the exterior while the interior was practically untouched is unacceptable. Dust was still covering surfaces, nothing was properly wiped down, and it honestly looked like little to no effort was put into the job. For the price they charge, the level of service was embarrassingly poor. I left feeling like I threw my money away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment, keep your $40, and clean your car yourself -- you'll probably do a far better job. read more

Customer service was terrible. When I asked if they could clean the inside. Just wipe down and vacuumed they said you need to pay more for that. That's not included in the standard wash. We also don't touch your tires. They basically just put my car through the drive and dried it for $30 read more

This message is for the owner, I went to wash my wife's car Saturday 08/23/25 about 230 pm, it was 102 outside and in the customer store area there was no AC on. There is a Cal OSHA regulation that states all employers are not to have employees working indoors with temperatures exceeding 85 degrees. It was hot as hell inside not only for customers but the lady taking payments. The owner is in violation and in these extreme heat warnings needs to fix this. read more

I've been here a few times, but after my most recent experience, I won't be returning. When you first pull up and discuss what type of wash you want, they give you a price. However, when you go to the front desk to pay, the price is suddenly higher. When I asked why, I was given an excuse about a "wax fee." The problem is, I didn't receive any service that included wax. Once I pointed that out, she started apologizing. I also explained that the original quote I was given was $10 less than what I was charged. At that point, she quickly threw away the original receipt, which felt very unprofessional and suspicious. Additionally, they advertise discounts for veterans and other service careers. I've asked about the discount twice on separate visits, and both times I was told they no longer offer it. When I pointed out the sign advertising the discount, the employee acted like she didn't know anything about it. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with Foothill Car Wash--twice in one week. On my first visit on June 06/16, I requested a full interior and exterior detail. I was very clear with the attendant, but they only signed me up for an interior detail. I had to catch the mistake myself and escalate the issue to a manager, which delayed the service. Thankfully, the manager corrected it, but the mix-up shouldn't have happened in the first place. The next day , I returned with a second vehicle for the same service. I left my phone number and was told I'd receive a call when the car was ready. That call never came. The vehicle ended up staying at the wash overnight. When I came back the following morning and showed my Verizon call log for 06/17 --proving I received no calls--the front desk lady attendant was rude and insisted she had called me multiple times, which simply wasn't true. I even had to demonstrate that my phone was working perfectly when they tried to call me on the spot. The manager, Jose, also maintained they called, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Rather than taking accountability, the staff doubled down and denied the facts. There are too many other car wash options out there to tolerate this kind of poor service and dishonesty. Oh my! Worst carwash I've ever gotten for price. $42 for "gold" wash after paying $6 crossover fee. Didnt vacuum seats. Poor job vacuuming the rest of car. My kids play baseball, so red dirt finds its way into the back with the gear. They didn't vacuum the loose dirt that was on the plastic. I can understand hard to get grains in carpet, which they also skipped. But the sand that would've vacuumed up in one second was just left there. You can see on the exterior chrome where they wiped and where they didn't. And where they didn't was a lot. There were still remnants of bird poop in multiple places and smashed bugs on the hood. Seems like it wasn't bad as I was walking up checking it out, so I tipped $7. Now I'm out almost $50 and I need to take it somewhere else to be properly washed/vacuumed. Avoid this place. read more

This is the second time that I come to this car wash due to the convenience. The first time the staff was very friendly, and the gentleman handing out the tickets was pleasant. I ended up getting a gold wash. I watched my car go through the tunnel and get washed, and I paid at the front desk. The interior was very nicely, organized and clean. The patio was also very spacious. My car was done fairly quickly which I thought was a little odd I expected them to take a little bit longer, but I wasn't going to complain. I got my keys from the gentleman gave him his tip and went on my way as I was driving my car I realized that the interior was still pretty dirty. The cupholders had not been wiped down, the area where my phone charger was had not been wiped down, and my dash was still fairly dusty. My windows also had water drops and smudges on them. I thought, "it's okay, it was the first time. No biggie". The second time that I came to this car wash due to its convenience because it's nearby a gym that I train at. The workers were extremely welcoming and friendly, the gentleman hanging out. The tickets was also very pleasant. This time I ended up getting the platinum wash . I watched my car go through the tunnel as I did the first time I ended up paying at the front desk. At the front desk, let me know that if I wrote a review that I would get a discount so I agreed I ended up waiting for my car in the patio area. There was a couple of people there waiting for their cars too. There was something going on with my car because another gentleman had walked up to it and was fiddling around with the driver back window area, and opening and closing my door. Right away I knew that there must have been damage to my car. When my car was done, they told me they had an incident happen. The worker that was drying and cleaning my car got their towel caught on the window trim of my car (which was already fairly lifted a bit) and that it lifted it up even more. So they placed some "REALLY GOOD GLUE" and tape to hold it down. The guys said, "this should put it back in place for you, don't take it off until tomorrow". Ummm okay? They sent me on my merry way. I didn't even know what to say about that? I know it was an accident but my car should have been treated with more care. Additionally the inside was still not wiped down and I had to use some wipes to do it myself. I don't know that I'd come here again. read more

Really disappointed with the "100% hand wash" I received today. I paid $90.00 and truck was returned dirty. Roof had not been touched and the entire truck had dirt spots all over. The guy drying my truck said it was scratched, I took my finger and everywhere I rubbed dirt came off. I'm sorry nothing against older folks washing but when you're walking around with a limp how on earth are you going to climb up and around the truck to clean those tough areas. The truck was sent through the second time and still wasn't right. My advice if you have a pick up truck and want a good hand wash do not come here. Take it down the street to Route 66 in upland they do a much better job. read more

I brought my car in yesterday, I decided to have the Silver Wash, because I wanted my tires treated, I paid 31.99 when my car was done, I noticed my tires weren't done, I told the guy aren't you going to do my tires? He looked at my receipt and said Silver wash doesn't include that! I said yes it does, anyway he asked some other guy and he said the same thing, but he told him to go ahead and do them! Look at your board with the pricing! It is included, and I just checked your pictures of your board and it's there, Tire Treatment is checked I also noticed they must have new owners because I didn't see the same workers that have been there for years.
