I like this small smoke shop but I liked it even better when their GeekBars were on sale...lol but they are no longer & Geekbar is discontinuing them. There's a cute older man who I've run into in the AM's working & then a younger guy maybe late 40's who has worked later in the day but sometimes I also find him working in the AM. Both men have always been really nice & I feel like their vape section gets bigger every time I go in. They even let you try them before leaving to make sure that they work. I'm not sure what the issue is with all the negative reviews - only thing I can think of is these people can't read, are completely unreasonable and/or are too entitled they're delusional. Been coming here sever times weekly for the last 6 months, if not longer. These guys are super friendly & nice. I walk in and they have my items on the counter ready for me. That they want to chat me up & make sure I'm ok following a recent back surgery is more than I get from my boss! Refund policy signs are clearly posted all around the front counter. People aren't reading them OR they are & the information isn't registering. It's pretty clear: test your items before you walk out of the store bc once you leave, you're done. My only complaint? They don't keep consistent hours and their hours aren't posted. They told me their hours - here it 9:10am on a Saturday & they're not open when they're supposed to open at 9am! Been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one is here. I'll come back. Prices here are a lot less than 7-11 or the gas station. I like these guys. Parking is a hot mess. Whoever designed and allowed a tire shop here should be fired though. 2 handicap spaces and 3 spots to serve 5 businesses? More proof planners in this town are incompetent. read more

I stopped in today when I was nearby. I don't know a thing about pricing or products or comparisons as far as a smoke shop is concerned. I DO know about customer service and the gentleman who helped me today was amazing. I'm pretty sure he didn't know i noticed, but he made a point to help me in the order the customers entered the store, despite another customer pressing with questions. It was very subtle but kind. He's a smoker, so I went to DSS to buy him a torch lighter and camouflage carrying case in gratitude. While I was in there some guys were buying a glass piece and when they asked if it had been checked for cracks the man behind the counter said no and that it was their responsibility to do so before they leave the shop because once they leave it's their fault. They're inventory is overpriced will break with in a week no matter what cost or supposed quality. They service is terrible they will literally skip people waiting patiently for customers who just walk in and get closer to them at the counter. They are close by so I tried them out. I purchased a carton of cigarettes which cost $100 (which is more expensive than any other smoke shop that I have been to). I asked for a complimentary cheap lighter ( the kind that the dollar store sells for a 3 pack for $1). The guy said that he wouldn't include a lighter (which every other smoke shop offers for free).
