I frequent several Smoke Lounges in town but when I'm ready to purchase Cigars this is where I choose to go! They really have the Humidor dialed in! It doesn't matter if I select a box or a combination of assorted sticks, I know I will enjoy my purchase! The prices are very fair. There is plenty of top quality merch to fill in your personal lounge. There is an awesome assortment of pipe tobacco as well. There is a cozy smoke room in the back, two chairs up front and always a good conversation. So you're new to the world of Cigars, no worries my man will help you make a perfect choice! read more

I was first time customer and Mark showed me some new pipe tobacco & I tried it and it was wonderful. I also bought a new Nortek pipe to smoke the tobacco in & it was great also. very friendly place to buy & try tobacco & cigars & their lounge is great with three huge tv's for sports!! Decided to check out this hole in the wall cigar shop. Friendly, has a good selections of cigars for a reasonable price. Only negative is kicking out customers 15 minutes before close when we purchased and are finishing cigars. Not a great customer service practice. read more

The worse customer service ever seen. the rude clerk FORCE YOU TO were a mask, however he doesn't use his. If you do not obey in a few seconds because you forgot he treated you to call the police.....What a socialist moron. so I did not buy anything and I left. I tough I was in Cuba or Venezuela until this communist force to leave the store 3 seconds to put your mask or OUT. Lost my business forever. Nice business and the moron smile. read more

I hadn't been to this location in about 3 years as I normally visit their rainbow location. But were in the area and wanted to see what they had. So we walked into the humidor and it had a really bad musty/moldy smell, almost to the point of overwhelming. So we quickly looked over what they had and worked around to the area of their humidifier/filter system. It was caked in mold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the three years since I had been there. This could really get customers sick. I will still support the rainbow location but now I feel like I need to make sure what I buy there didn't reside at the Eastern location at any time. read more

Marcus was very accommodating. I needed to replace a broken tobacco pipe and found fantastic options. Everything from cheap cobs to fancy Norse pieces. He also let me smell many tobacco options and the prices are great. Big range of quality of product. I was surprised to find in the back is an area for customers to smoke with fantastic leather chairs and incredible stone and wood atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem in the desert. read more

I don't know if the same guy is still running this place. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this place $150 M.O.B. Glass dab rig. $250 MK glass dab rig and a few more. M.j. arsenal etc. So I'm asking to look at a couple pieces and noticed there was a POPS! on the shelf. Only one. So I asked if he collected and he said "No, man the owner does. I just work here." Ok fair enough. So while looking at a glass dab rig the employee says. "Hey, let me grab you some hand sanitizer for your hands cause they're dirty. I don't want to get anything on the glass.".....Oh, wait... No he didn't. He said "Bro you can't touch anymore stuff. Your hands are fucking disgusting." Yea I had some super glue stuck to my hands from fixing my kids toy... I don't think it warrants being talk to like I'm some bum wasting his time. This guy is a complete Jerk. I won't be going back to this place until he's gone- period. Hire someone with some customer service skills. Do better Smoke King.
