Buyer beware!! If you buy anything from the sales department YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! I made a purchase of 2 mini4 drones with 2 DJI integra goggles, not knowing that the integra goggles would not work with the mini 4 drone. When questioning the sales staff that i made the purchase from, he would not except the goggles back since it was an open package. WHY DID THEY SELL ME GOGGLES THAT WOULDNT WORK WITH MY DRONES? The name DSLR PROs, implies that they know what they are selling. They were not even familar with the Remote ID specifics of the mini 4 either and they were incorrect about the RID because it doesnt work without the extended range battery. If you are in the market to make a purchase of a drone, go somewhere else because this company will leave you high and dry. Even there customer review that i was emailed, doesnt go anywhere. I purchased a Certified Refurbished DJI Mavic Pro and a Certified DJI Mavic Pro Remote Controller for a total of $124.16. Upon receiving and inspecting the items, I found minor damage: a small crack in the body behind the front right landing arm and scratches on the remote controller's lens. I immediately emailed the company to report the issue, and they promptly provided a return label. I returned both items, expecting an exchange, but instead, they refunded my money. When I asked why they didn't exchange the items, they informed me that those were the last ones in stock. Had I known this, I would have kept the damaged items. I reordered the same products, but this time, I only received the remote controller, not the aircraft. I emailed the company again, and they claimed that for $124.16, I was only entitled to the remote, and the aircraft would cost an additional $499. However, their website clearly listed both the aircraft and remote for $111.75, plus tax and shipping. While the website offers three options, the one I selected explicitly showed a description and photo of both the aircraft and remote. They later told me the aircraft had been sent by mistake. I believe this is a misleading sales tactic and a bait-and-switch scheme. I want to receive the full order as originally advertised. Their website claimed a DJI drone was in stock. After 1 week of "processing" I called and was told they were due in a couple of days and they were in stock when I ordered, but they just ran out. Their website that day also said in stock. Basically if you need something quickly, don't assume they are telling the truth about their stock levels. We have been in the process of investigating thermal drones for our LE agency, and DSLRPros was one company we turned to for quotes. The first, most distressing part, was the person whom I spoke to was obviously not in the US. They seem to have outsourced their sales and tech support. To help confirm this, he answers emails at 3AM, when no US sales rep would be at work. Secondly, and just as disturbing, he has absolutely no knowledge of the product. I asked questions that went unanswered for 10 days, then when reminded he hadn't answered my questions "Ankit Sachdeva" answered a question I hadn't asked. When I again asked the original questions I've since gotten no response. If we're spending over $10,000 per drone we need a company with support. Their advertised LE specialist, Derek Wheeler, does not seem to exist at the company. read more

When I specifically asked what was included with a refurbished drone, I was told that it was a "complete kit" by the sales manager, so I bought it. When I received it, it was only the drone, one battery, and a controller. None of the accessories, not even a battery charger.
