I've been a long-time believer in chiropractic care -- but my experience with DSM Spine and Sport was completely different. In a good way. Instead of a quick crack (adjustment) and sending me on my way, there's a lot more work done in doing a little massage before making adjustments (which seems to make things move better) and then giving me movements/exercises to do to keep improving the issue I come to see them for. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Jon are fantastic! After suffering some pretty gnarly leg injuries, Dr. Brooks spent a lot of time working with me on rehabilitation. I love DSM Spine & Sport because they spend time with their patients - they do not rush you in and rush you right back out the door. They really listen and want to know where the pain is coming from so they can do their best to alleviate that pain. I personally was experiencing lower back pain that through chiropractic care and stretches I was given to do at home feels so much better! What a great experience! Tina at the check in desk is so friendly, she makes you feel comfortable immediately. I was referred to DSM Spine Sport by a friend who was feeling so much better after seeing Dr Brooks. I've had pain in my left knee for years. Was having right shoulder and neck pain from certain overhead crossfit movements. Went to Dr. Brooks to sit down and talk about causes, treatment and exercises. Within 3 visits (once a week) and doing the stretching exercises on my own I have improved by 60%.
