It arrived quickly, but it turned out it didn't fit my walker at all; two inches too short on the ends, with knobs too wide to fit through the corresponding holes in the rollator. Turns out no living human ever answers their phone, their chat bot is a joke, and the link on their Returns page will only dump you onto an error page stating, "Page Not Found". Emailing is useless. I've tried twice and no one has replied to me. So, now I'm stuck with a backrest I can't use and no way to return it. Oh, and the cherry on top: If I ever do get someone to get back to me with return info (not holding my breath for that), I'll be required to pay a 15% restocking fee! Yes, for an item that does not fit because they advertised it incorrectly. Pay attention to all these bad reviews. HME got them the old fashioned way: They EARNED them.
