Then I had some travel and when I stopped by again - he was closed during working hours multiple times. Finally stopped when his door was open and they were no where to be found. He said he would look and call me, but he couldn't remember the color or any details of them throughout our search despite repeating it for him so I don't have much hope. Worst is that he charges for the repair up front. And his only record is the customer's claim ticket (which just went missing on my end and I can't find it). I know I'm at fault for misplacing my ticket after this long. But I figured I should warn others because this is so disappointing and the only reason I entrusted them to him were the good reviews
