He said he would look and call me, but he couldn't remember the color or any details of them throughout our search despite repeating it for him so I don't have much hope. Worst is that he charges for the repair up front. And his only record is the customer's claim ticket (which just went missing on my end and I can't find it). They alleged that my debit card was a "prepaid" card and said they don't refund to them. I will absolutely NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I have watched over & over again places that play petty games with stupid policies like this end up going out of business.
