Not such a big fan of their tops which I feel are less well made. I try not to shop here very often as it's not inexpensive, but depending on what you purchase, the quality can be very good. They do seem to stand behind the quality of their garments and they offer free hemming of any trousers you buy there, which is a really nice perk. It's nice how they incorporate local fitness studios into store events, etc. I often joke with friends that the dressing room lighting and mirrors here are the worst in town. Nothing like changing into athletic gear and knowing for a fact that you look way worse in the store mirrors than you do in real life. Not exactly a good move when you're trying to sell active wear. I have some friends who refuse to use the dressing rooms just because the get depressed every time they've gone in them.

I am fully aware when a dress is snug on me, and I happen to like my clothes form fitting. What a wonderful experience! Sadie was the salesperson who helped my daughter find her perfect…read moreprom dress. Sadie was helpful and attentive without being pushy. When she couldn't get THE dress in my daughter's size, she reached out to her seamstress to see if she could alter it. When the seamstress said she couldn't get it done in time, Sadie said she would hold the dress for a limited time so I could find a different seamstress. Then Jackie, the owner, brought the dress to the Potsdam store to save us having to drive an hour and a half to Plattsburgh. Thank you to Sadie and Jackie for going above and beyond. Seriously. Let's just wait around for 4 hours when we called 8 days in advance so they could have the dress brought from their Potsdam location. Also found out the reason the dress wasn't there when we got there was because they got a deposit on it (a deposit on a dress they were holding for my daughter)and then the girl tried it on and didn't end up liking it. So they tried to sell the dress out from under my daughter and didn't even bother to let her know. They also had very few dresses after we were told they had a lot of prom dresses. Don't waste your time going to this place.
