Shoe boxes were open in aisles and even up where the display shoes go. Some display shoes were nowhere to be found. While the store was in shambles, where were the employees? Standing behind the cash register on their phones talking and laughing. I didn't get so much as a glance when I walked into the store. This store definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Also, this store tends to have higher prices compared to other stores in town.
