I explained to Diane the issue I was having with my lower back legs and feet due to an injury. After trying several sneakers she found me the perfect fit which were the Brooks sneakers. Diane understood my needs and she fit me with the perfect sneaker that I aim able to use daily. I decided to return to the store two weeks later and ask for Diane again. She remembered me and I told her this time I needed an indoor outdoor slipper, that would work as well as my sneakers. Again she was able to accommodate my needs and I left the store with two pairs of slippers. The Olukai and Prophet are a perfect fit. Got a solid foot measurement, with many suggestions based upon my needs in a better walking sneaker and wound up with a choice between a pair of Brooks or New Balance. I also wasn't in the mood to drive to Johnston to Yorkers Shoes (but is closed on Sundays anyways) and Rhode Runner is a pain for parking on North Main St - so my purposes on short notice and a whim, Savon Shoes stepped up and helped me out today!
