Staff was unenthusiastic ( this seems to be a pattern at the 4 different locations I visited in the past 2 weeks ) The girl got me the black & grey ones. I asked to see the all grey as well, but she didn't seem like she wanted to go look for them at the back. When she did come back with them- I noticed that both pairs had flaws in the fur. Of course these were the only 2 pairs they had. I returned my size 9's and asked how long the sale was on for. She claimed to have no clue .....

I am an Aritzia fan for so long and I do think their clothes get better and better. The brands I love are Wilfred, Babaton, Agolde Denim Forum. I think their clothes are worth the prize. I still have pieces from 5+ years ago that I still wear to this day. The trick when buying from Aritzia is to stick with the classic pieces and neutral colours. I do buy some trendy pieces too but most of my Aritzia pieces are classic. I find that the staff here were very friendly. When lining up outside, a staff will approach you and if you are looking for something in particular then she can enter into her tablet and a staff inside the store will get them ready for you! I think this is an awesome idea. Most of the time when I go to Aritzia I already know what I want. And since I shop here a lot, I also know my size from each brand. I think it will be very convenient if everything I want will be ready at the cashier once I enter the store. One thing I've learned is that this is not an Aritzia outlet. This is just like any other Aritzia but they do carry more sale pieces. I highly recommend this Aritzia location. This is as big as the Metrotown location or maybe even bigger. When I entered the store there were more sales reps than shoppers in the store and they were very welcoming without being pushy. The young woman that assisted me was the most considerate of reps and she knew her shoes. She measured my feet, asked a bunch of question, listened to my answers and said I'll go get some for you to try on. It was an interesting experience. She actually knew that shoes don't all fit the same from one supplier to the next and she knew that it might take several trips to the back for more shoes before she satisfied my slightly odd requirements. She just kept on helping me until we found the perfect shoes. Thanks to Emma who was so patient and knowledgeable. This place is awesome and the staff are all terrific. Give them a try!!

A gem of a find in Aberdeen…read more I've followed them on Instagram for a while and was in the neighborhood, so I decided to check out what their store was like. It's on the second floor of the newer side of Aberdeen, so it's less congested. The store has a nice minimalistic "Hypebeast" feel to it, and is a nice Jordan Mecca. Pretty much every Jordan is available here, and they have a bunch of the collectible Jordan action figurines too. I saw other pricey/rare kicks here too (aka Yeezys). The staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the sneaker/collectible business. Definitely coming back the next time I'm in Richmond.

I was needing some cute slip on style sneakers because later in the week I was having hip replacement surgery and would not be able to do up any footwear with laces until healed. I go in and both sales people are talking on their cell phones. The young man finally hung up, and from behind the register yelled out to me what their special was today. He did not come over to help me. Eventually the young woman sales person hung up her call, and came over to me. She pointed out the slip on style shoes. I selected a few to try on. She brought them over to me an dropped them on the floor and went away. Remember I am an older woman (although as I said, rather stylish and clearly someone who buys fashion) WITH A CANE. I cannot reach down to get the shoes out of the boxes to try on because of restricted mobility and pain. I call her back and ask her to put them on the bench for me. She does, and walks away. Now I am not expecting high end service at Skechers. I am expecting common courtesy for someone who clearly has mobility issues. I did end up buy two a pairs of cute shoes. BUT, if it would have been easy for me to go to another store I would have walked away and not bought anything as I felt both assistants were rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. Given that walking is difficult for me I just bought the shoes. I regret needing the buy these shoes from these callous sales people. Having had to resort to cane and finding out how hard it is to have mobility issues, I really feel for people who have it much worse than me to navigate the world. It doesn't help that sales people can be thoughtless. I gave two stars only because the shoes are cute.
