I rarely give reviews but this place is horrendous. Somehow a simple manicure can go terribly wrong here. The nail tech that was doing my nails clearly had no knowledge of basic nail care. The shape was non existent, no buffing, clueless on how to use the cuticle tool. The nail polish coat looked like the work of a young child with no attempt to clean their work at the end. Perhaps ppl come here that are repeat customers and seek service by the few skilled people here, but otherwise... avoid, avoid, avoid. Managers are also terribly rude to some employees. read more

THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST. Let me tell you, if you have patience this place will be the best thing for your nails. I'm baffled that there's a negative review. They're AMAZING. They ONLY accept walk ins so follow the hours and get there early cause usually you'll have to wait for a specific nail tech (unless you don't mind who does your nails) they're all great, talented and detailed! The place is spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. Everything is decorated beautifully, costumers are offered water while they wait and it's not the usual loud and smelly nail salon experience I don't last too long in there once I'm being seen, about 40 mins for a full set. I don't trust anyone else with my nails but them! I swear you won't regret coming here. My pup Cyrus love the place too! I am someone who is big on nails. My nail tech moved out of state and I needed a place to do my nails. This was closest to me as I was visiting family so I walked in to soak off and get a new almond shape French set. I paid for a soak which I shouldn't have even paid for because I sat down and two girls started ripping my nails off using a tip. I asked if they do not soak at this location and she said they do. I have strong nails but when I tell you on two fingers my nails were ripped in the middle due to them not soaking and trying to rush the process. I was in pain and she kept apologizing. I'm not a person to complain and cause a scene but they should've never charged me for a soak if they did not soak. If I knew they were going to just rip my nails off I could've done that at home which is not a safe option. They should've know this as professionals. I have been getting my nails done for well over 20 years in salons and HAVE NEVER had this done. This was my first and last time going there because a customer should not have to correct you on the proper removal of acrylic! I believe Alyssa and the one next to her did my nails. Went before Thanksgiving day and sat down with Lucas to get these done. The shape could have been better because I asked for a narrower almond shape with just a little round top and I was also disappointed when they said that the silver glitter was all they had for the look I was going for. I got my nails done here again today being stupid! I paid 88 for a terrible job! I asked for my nails to cut so I don't have to put false nails on and he chopped my nails off to almost the finger! He cut the skin on my finger and looked at me like I was crazy. When it was time to pay the bill he said 88 I said for what he just grinned! This time was really my last! I decided to give this place a try since my usual nail tech was on vacation, and I needed my nails done before a cruise. Unfortunately, the service here is hectic. Even when I walked in, I felt like I had to rush to my chair. Selena did my nails very quickly, which might be good for some, but after paying $90 for a full set, l expected more care and attention to detail. I will say, she did a great job and was very sweet, but it wasn't enough for me to go back for my nails. What struck me as odd was that some techs had people standing over them, watching everything they did, which felt uncomfortable. Despite the hefty price, my nails didn't even last a week on vacation-- they started popping off throughout the trip. I've never had a full set fail me this badly, even at lower prices. This place is horrible. First time I got my nails done, thru charged way more than they said. I wasn't asked if I wanted gel or acrylic. She just went right into gel. It looked ok so I let it be. The nails came off so easily because they weren't applied right. I go back for a fill in only because my regular nail tech wasn't available on Sundays. I was told a fill in was $40. Once I sat down 2 of my nails were ripped off bc she felt since they were lifted a little that I should do a full set bc now it's the same price. So she basically upcharged by taking off 2 nails. I got up and left bc her and the nail tech next to her were being so nasty to me for no reason. Telling me just do a design bc we can't do it later. If I could give them no stars, I would. I took my sister and my niece one day last month. My nieces nail has nail polish all over her fingers. It's like they didn't care because she was a kid. She's 11!! My sister did the dip powder. It's so over priced and they didn't even clean nor shape her nails properly nor did they file or buff her nails. I had to tell them to do it. The dip all came off over night. She found them in her bed! She got a gel pedicure and it bubbled up and started to peel the next morning. I paid over $100 for my nails to be done, the studs came out the very next evening. When she was doing my acrylics, I don't know what they use. She asked me to put my nails under the UV light for 5 seconds, each nail. And it burned me so bad I wanted to cry. I always get my nails done. And I never experienced that. I came there as a last resort. I wanted to fall in love with their location. It's big, a lot of staff, and it's beautiful. But the staff doesn't know what they're doing. I barely left any tips, I was so disappointed. My pedicure turned out to be worse than when I got in there. I took my sister the next day for them to correct it. And they looked at her like she was crazy. I don't recommend this location. It seems like they're focused on the traffic more than the service. It's about quality not quantity. I had called in advance to book with a specific person but instead was put with Anthony. He was so rude. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and as he was working I noticed he wasn't making my nails coffin shaped so before he continued any further I told him I wanted coffin shaped. He told me that that's not what I showed him in the picture and asked me if I wanted a coffin shape and I said yes. He left the nail squared. at this point I'm irritated. Then I notice the nail lengths are uneven and I tell him and he ignored me then tells me no. He starts to get aggressive on my hand. At one point i guess he was messing up too much and had to start over with the design of my nails that was a simple french nail. A complete waste of my time. in the end i hate the nails and paid 80$ for them. People like this should not work there if they are miserable. read more
