The nail colors on the model is very different than the ones in the bottle. So you think you're getting light purple, but you're actually getting bright pink. Awful. My nails have already started chipping and peeling even though gel nails are supposed to last for at least two weeks. I am disgusted. So I don't usually go here, but I needed my nails done quick . Since I work in healthcare I wanted to shorten my nails and remove the tips. The First Lady that took me starting soaking off my gel no problem. However she began doing someone's pedicure and then decided to come back to me and try and touch my hands after handling feet with no gloves! I ask her if she washed her hands and if she has gloves. She gets mad and tells me I should go to another tech. The next tech starts talking about me in Spanish to another tech bc I spoke up about not wanted to be touch with the other ladies foot juice! She still ended up doing my nails too long, I don't believe in not tipping; even if it's bad service still give something. Even as the nail tech was removing the old gel, she was shaving down so deep and it hurt. She would get an attitude like I was being a Karen. But it really was tender and painful when she kept shaving the nail bed down. I worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. Got my nails done by Lexy in booth 6. Waited outside for about 40 minutes, because I didn't have an appointment. I am very selective about my nails. Like ridiculously. I searched through these reviews like the savage I am. I needed a great nail tech on the fly since my private tech is weary about COVID running a muck. Can't blame her but I still needed a set to complete my Halloween costume. I needed a tech who could understand and execute the vision I had. I was certain someone in this shop could do it but still had no clue to go to to do it. The two men were booked and busy. I was originally seated with the pedicure lady but that wasn't going to work for me. It apparently wasn't going to work for her either when I explained my expectations. I was switched over to Lexy, her sister and we were simultaneously relieved. Lexy had a great technique on her shape. Amazing shape. Important to me. Nice sharp, clean shape can make or break you in lack thereof. She blinged out my design because she wasn't feeling my ombre colors (Nude and Electric Blue) lol I forgot to tell her it was for my costume. They came out really pretty and lasted over a month. Still had every stone in tact when I removed them and THAT is some QUALITY stuff there! I would definitely return, with a much better color selection and a dope set in mind. read more

Unfortunately, I don't go here anymore. Since my review here was useful and informative, I'll update it from my first review. Keep in mind, I came to this salon for two years, FAITHFULLY. My nail tech got "Hollywood" on me and as we all work hard for our money and the fact that I travel exponentially to support a business should mean a lot. Anywho, I always reach out to my nail tech a week in advance via his phone. We spoke back and forth and yes, I understand he gets busy. Not knocking him so I get we didn't finalize the time but we did finalize the day. Low and behold, I reach and he tells me he's fully booked and tried to push me onto another nail tech which was newest to their crew. I also reminded him we had an entire conversation about scheduling me for the day I showed up. Nothing personal but everyone prefers to go to whom they're comfortable with. I've gone to the brother in the past but he wasn't there. Cool. So I mentioned I was willing to wait. He tells me make an appointment for another day..like huh?? Who got money and time to keep going back and forth? I'm already here. At that time, the salon was empty and it was a TUESDAY. Nobody was waiting around BUT ME. Of course, I clearly got upset and told him that wasn't right and how do you treat a loyal customer like that ESPECIALLY when we made arrangements? His response was "I don't play on phone." OH, I'm sorry, I didn't know conducting a business transaction was "playing" on the phone. Funny how that wasn't a problem any other time. So I say all of this to say, I'm disappointed to no longer be welcomed here because I was treated like I was irrational because I was upset at the unprofessionalism. Especially after doing my part to make an appointment with my nail tech that I faithfully went to, but why go somewhere where you're treated like your time, effort and money means nothing? Nevertheless, the work here done is nice hence the three stars and we had dope collaborations together but all good things don't last forever. Just keep that in mind when you visit. read more

Ive been going to this nail spot since they opened. My regular nail tech is Lexi, but she is on vacation so I was stuck having someone else take care of me. I got my usual gel mani/pedi, but this new lady (spanish, with terrible BBL job) they have did the crappiest job ever!!! The weakest pedi work ever, barely scrubbed, and parts of my toenails aren't even polished properly. Also got a gel mani, and lets just say my little brother could have done better. My polish looks thick and caked on, and messy looking and didnt even put top coat for gloss This woman did everything just about ass backwards. Came back here a third time to get an acrylic full set nails done; and my regular guy that I go to is Chreen, but he wasn't in so I went with Lulu. Lulu did an excellent job on my nails (so 5/5 stars for quality). The only thing I didn't like is that there seems to be a price increase. I came here in June and it was $43 for acrylic full-set gel coffin-style nails and now in November, it's $48 for acrylic full-set gel almond-style nails. However, they DID update the salon, so it looks a lot nicer now! So $5 extra is reasonable. Lulu is very efficient and takes his time to perfect the nail, he is also very accommodating (I wanted to test out 2 different colors and shapes to see which one I liked), Lulu was very helpful w/that. I have had my eyelashes done here on multiple occasions without any complications. Today, I had eyelashes applied by an individual with whom I am not familiar with. Due to her delay in removing the eyelash glue/adhesive from the underside of my lid, it dried. It was difficult to remove the dried adhesive by the time she attempted to do so after she had finished applying my lashes. My eyelid became irritated after approx 5 mins of her rubbing my lower lid and attempting to remove it with tweezers. Since the nail salon owner wasn't there, I complained to the manager, who said the glue on my eyelid was a result of my persistent blinking. I explained to him that the glue should've been removed from my eyelid as soon was noticed and before it had a chance to harden and become difficult to remove regardless of how it got there. It was neglectful to attempt to remove dried eyelash glue after the eyelashes had been applied. My complaints were disregarded and no apologies or discounts were extended. So I ended up paying $35 with tax for an eye irritation. I'm never going back, and I'm telling my friends and family who are customers to stop spending money on a business that doesn't care about their customers' well-being. I strongly advise everybody who reads this to do the same! read more

I am furious. I walked in with my nails looking way better then the way I walked out. The lady that did my nails didn't speak English so the worker that did was so rude and dismissive. When I said that The manicure was horrible she said you got a manicure and it's $15 dollars. She was So stressed over the $15 cost of the manicure which I never complained on paying- then the butchered work done to my nails. Went for a manicure, but when she started painting my nail I realized that I didn't like the color that I picked. I told the technician after she applied one coat on my right hand, but she insisted on continuing. I kept telling her I didn't like it, but she continued to do what she wanted. I was annoyed and let it be known. I was a bit rude and for that I sincerely apologize, but to outright refuse to change the color was unacceptable. I left unhappy after paying $20.
