I noticed they (the owners) used more quality products for certain costumers. I believe this time the top coat was applied incorrectly because the salon's black polish is already chipping on four of my fingers. The lines are freehand and sloppy, which bothers me to no end. Overall, the color selection is small, and most of the bottles look very old and are separating. I also would not recommend getting eyebrows done here. For the amount I spent on mediocre nails, I'd expected a better outcome for my brows. Alas, she shuffled me into a room that looked unclean and swiftly slopped wax onto my face and ripped it off. I went last Saturday to get them done, its now been a week and my pinky nail has split across the mid section of nail where and apex should me and I have a few fingers that have lifted badly. Too expensive for wack nails. The least a nail tech can do is build a nail well to prevent nail bed damage.

After my experience this morning at another nail salon, my experience at Lucia's was absolutely grand. Sharon took great care of me, she was pleasantly talkative- but not to the extreme. Did my nails perfectly, my cuticles are perfectly smooth, and I even got a Christmas gift from them today (12-24-15) a unopened travel lotion of what they use during your mani. It cost me $36 not including the tip, for a take off, new full set and a large bottle of olive oil lotion- smells so good. I definitely recommend coming here.
