I was rear ended 2 wks ago, the opposite party wanted to paid out of pocket, so I took my car to this place... Alvaro Ortiz (manager) looked after me right away without an appointment, he written up an estimate immediately, he ordered the parts as soon as he got paid from opposite party, dropped my car off 3 days after parts arrived, Al even arranged for car rental for me while my car is under his care, to my surprised it was done in 2 days...it only took 2 weeks fr car accident to completely repaired (it's a Tesla, I don't think it'll get done this fast at Tesla). My car was rear ended so I was looking for shops in my area to get it fixed. I checked out Blue Star Automotives Yelp page and a lot of people have had great experiences here with a guy named Alvaro. When I took my car in to the shop, there was no Alvaro there but a guy named Bob who is the owner from what I understand and he was helpful and nice. A couple days later is when Alvaro (the guy in charge) called me and introduced himself and told me that he will do his best to take care of me and my car. He was amazing at keeping me updated with the whole process with dealing with the insurance, things they were fixing, and everything in between. There was never a time where I felt like I didn't know what was going on. The car took 3 weeks to get done, which in my opinion is fast. Most of the time when you're waiting for your car it's because the parts they need to fix it take a long time to ship but I guess Alvaro said he has connections with all his parts people haha. Anyways I got the car today and the shop really did top notch work. Shout out to the paint guy because the color matching on the rear end was incredible, can't tell a difference. They also put some gas in my car because I had literally none and washed and detailed it which I wasn't expecting. So thank you to the guys that did that as well. To wrap up this review, if you need a shop to do work on your car, this would be the one to go to as this is the one I will be going to in the future for any work I need done to my car. A lot of shops like to cut corners and not fix things correctly that the customer can't see but this shops quality of work is excellent and Alvaro makes sure to cover every detail of work done and make sure everything is right so you can leave feeling confident. This has been my one of my first positive experiences with an automotive dealer shop! Their customer service and experience is a 10 out of 10. From having great communication and going above & beyond to make sure everything was great/up to date with my car(from my glass windows, lights, bumper, and more). I took my car in to get a paint job on my tailgate since the first time they painted it started to peel. I also wanted them to defog my headlight. When I went to go pick up my car I noticed that the headlight had a lot of horizontal and diagonal scratches, the whole interior was covered in a thick layer of paint dust (that got into the air vents, screen, and other equipment), and both taillights were cracked. They completely denied any responsibility in regard to the headlight and taillights. Even after they cleaned the interior, there was still so much dust in my vents and car upholstery. The business owner claimed that if I showed him pictures of the car that were prior to me dropping it off with the taillights intact, then he would replace them no questions asked. So I sent him pictures that showed no damage to the taillights that were about a year ago where they were taken after a repair because of an accident. He started making up more things to deny any responsibility such as he needs a more recent picture of the back of my car (the manager said needed a picture that was like three days ago). I started to explain that no normal person would be taking pictures of their car regularly especially not three days prior to me dropping off the car unless I was intentionally planning to commit fraud. TLDR: Don't bring your car here or you'll get it back more damaged than when you dropped it off. read more

This is the best service and repair shop I've ever visited. Not only is the repair time incredible, but no appointment is necessary. The staff and work quality are fantastic! The car was hit by another car while driving normally at high speed, and the driver who crush on me just hit and run. This is the first time I've come across a situation like this. I obviously don't know what to do, so I sent a message that night. I asked friends to recommend a car repair shop, and then my friend recommended this repair shop to me. They advised me to contact the insurance company to settle claims so that everything could be turned over to them. You can just take the car over at any time, and then notify me to pick up the car after it is repaired. I took the car the next day for convenience, and the boss even sent me to the car rental company to rent a car. I have to say the service is really good.
