Ten Years Reunion In 2015, I had a great experience when I brought my 2014 Black Sienna for repair due to an accident. The staffs were professional and friendly, the services were of high quality, and best of all I felt welcome. I left a very positive Yelp review for that incident. I stated I would come to Longo Collision Repair Center should my car need repair in the future. True to my words, I once again brought in the same vehicle for repair due to an accident in March 2026. Ten years past and I still have good memories of my interactions. I came back and honestly not sure of what to expect since it has been so long ago (Longo?). The Visit I drove into the customer entrance building and was greeted by Vic, an elder gentlemen. He was very helpful in answering my questions and guided me through the process since we were going through third party insurance. I called the third party adjuster and gave the phone to Vic who then arranged everything for me. Thank you Vic for making the situation less stressful. After dropping off my car, I headed to the reception area to sign some paperwork. I was hoping to see LaKisha again. She was the friendly smiling receptionist the last time I was there. Sadly, ten years is a long time and seems she has moved on. No LaKisha to help with paperwork. In her place is a young man by the name of Danny. He has a friendly smile and an approachable demeanor. He processed all the paperwork in a very quick time which I appreciated. He offered me donuts, coffee, and water to which I was directed to the lobby. Yes, these were the same refreshments then years ago (to be clear, they were same type of foods and drinks and not the same ones). While in the lobby, I went to the Enterprise car rental. Yes, it was conveniently located on the spot with the office in the lobby. Robert, the Enterprise customer service representative, expeditiously took care of the rental. I drove off in a brand new 2026 lipstick red Camry SE HEV with only 100 miles odometer reading. The car saved a lot of gas per milage which alleviated my wallet, especially with the Iran war going on. Once home, I looked over the paperwork. And behold who I saw was assigned to be the estimator...LaKisha (LaKisha Gordon to be exact). Yes, the same...the one and only receptionist who greeted me by my name with a smile ten years ago. Looking at her business card attached to the paper, there's a photo of her still exuding the same welcoming smile. A warmth smile etched across my face realizing she is now overseeing my claim. I had total confident my car and I are in good hands. She kept me updates throughout the process and informed of any changes along the way. When I call with questions, she was always there. Another estimator who is part of my claim is Gregory Martinez. It seems there's a team taking care of my vehicle. I was told Gregory deals with the insurance about parts and repair. He was adamant about getting the best parts for job. I received calls from Gregory frequently for updates about his interactions with the insurance and the cost of repair. Gregory always spoke professionally with the matter-of-fact tone. He informed me that the damaged fuel door was not covered since it was not related to the accident. It will come out of my pocket to have it repairs should I choose to. I declined and that was it. There was no hassle or pushing me to go against my decision. I felt my wish is respected. The Result After about a month, my car is ready to be picked up. I arrived at the lobby and was greeted by Danny...still smiling. He had me signed a paper and that was it. Quick and easy. I was ecstatic to see LaKisha in person after 10 years. She gave me a hug and for a moment I forgot about my vehicle. We went to inspect my finished car. It looked great like brand new. The color is smooth and shiny. The trim matches. I was happy once again. Then LaKisha pointed to the fuel door and reiterated it was not covered by the insurance. But they, Longo Collision Repair Center, took care of it "out of good will." I was informed that Gregory had to persuade upper manager to replace the fuel door for me pro bono. I was already happy and satisfied seeing my car all fixed again but the add-on of the fuel door was icing on the cake. Overall I am amazed but not surprise with professionalism of the staffs and the quality of services at Longo Collision Repair Center. Ten years has gone by, my car still held up from the last repair job, new staffs are still as welcoming and friendly, and the workmanships are still consistent and reputable. Thank you to all those I have mentioned and to all the employees who had done a tremendous hands-on labor making my car new again. Less than one month after I purchased my 2026 RX-350h, with 1100 miles on it we were sideswiped by a guy who, at the last minute decided that two cars could occupy the same lane at the same time. Estimators Patrick Chan and LaKisha Gordon worked closely with me, and my insurance company to restore the car back to new. It took some time, but that was the because I have an insurance company that refuses to pay for necessary repairs and calibrations. I made a call to schedule my Toyota to be repaired after an accident. Paula answered the phone and as soon as I told her my insurance would pay her tone changed. She did not help me schedule my car in. She told me that my insurance only schedules on certain days. I told her that's fine, I could schedule. She asked me to bring a quote in and I explained that I needed them to do a quote. Eventually I got off the call with her and ended up going to another repair shop that treated me better. Repairs ended up being over 7k and insurance is taking care of it. Customer service should be better for a reputable company such as Longo. read more

Patrick Chan was my estimator from the beginning of my service to when I got my car back. I really recommend him as he is professional, accurate, and responsive. I was able to add service to my car while it was at the collision center for repair. Patrick provided same day quotes over the phone and daily updates while my car was at the center. I got my car close to the estimated timeline he provided. It is pricy but my bumper looks brand new! He also kept me updated as some ordered parts were not up to standard and had defects (which he notified me about and reordered on my behalf). Overall the quality of the work was good, but limited communications from the team and the extremely long wait to have the repairs finished is really a dealbreaker. I would not use them again. A rock damaged my rear door. Took it in to Longo since I purchased the car there. Dropped car off on Thursday end of month, was told work would start on Monday and they would contact insurance on Tuesday. They did not get around the contacting insurance until Friday, which delayed repairs until the following week. I was without a car for 4 weeks. This was 2 weeks over their prediction. No updates during this time of the delay other than when I had to reach out to ask for anything. Was finally contacted after 4 weeks saying the car was ready and they would call to schedule pick up. They did not call and I called them the next day to again inquire about how to schedule the pick up. read more

We bought our vehicle earlier this year with Longo Toyota and the experience was a great one. We have dropped off the vehicle for service on two other occasions and the service was phenomenal as well. So, when our vehicle was struck by another vehicle a few weeks ago we figured that Longo Collision Repair Center would be our best option. Unfortunately, that's not we encountered. The greeting/intake associate was good but the associate for the estimate was another story. I knew going in that shop was not within my insurance network but we decided to move forward because of our overall customer service experience with Longo. The associate asked a few questions, insurance company and said he would be out with our estimate. It was no more than 20 minutes, when he met me in the waiting area. I was surprised how quickly the estimate took. This is when the lack of professionalism took place. He handed me the paperwork and started going into how the shop does not have the greatest relationship with my insurance and how they just want to do things their way and not the Toyota way. I just listened to ensure I truly captured where he was coming from. But then he followed it up by telling me that it would just be best if I took somewhere else, to a shop that was in network with my insurance since I would be paying too much out of pocket because my insurance won't cover much even my rental. I tried to shift the conversation into a more positive side and shared the my insurance wouldn't send an in-person inspector/adjuster but it would be virtual. But he was set on his pessimistic attitude. I was very surprised to hear this individual sending me somewhere else. In my 20+ years of customer service, don't recall any training in sending customers somewhere else. It came across like this individual didn't want to be bother with this claim, just from how quickly and his comments/attitude. It felt very dismissive. I'm truly puzzled because as I mentioned in the beginning, we've had nothing but phenomenal service with other Longo departments. I understand having a bad day/morning and giving folks grace. But I feel that this was more than that. I'm still waiting to hear back from my insurance and next steps. My husband and I were really looking forward to doing business here since us buying our vehicle was a huge sacrifice after our family being affected by the Eaton Fire, and how welcoming and understanding the other Longo departments had been with us. Communication from this place is borderline non existence, so this one star review is only for that. I was tossed around and wasted a whole damn morning waiting for different agents to call me back, only to be led in a loop. Can't say about the quality since I was extremely irritated and decided to go with another repair center who had way more empathy. And also fyi the price was about 30-40% higher compare to the same service from their competitor that I will be going to. Update: Thank you Karl for responding. As I stated previously, I no longer wish to go to your location due to the experience. Perhaps it was miscommunication, and pre-assumption on both ends. But what happened has already happened. I was really impressed with customer service provided by Frank and Gregory; simply stating they provided an excellent service. OMG, all I have to say is fantastic service & great communication from particularly Michael Chau, Gregory & Frank! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars! I originally brought my car into the collision repair center to replace my inner fender liner & turns out that my car had a recall for the paint job (totally forgot about LOL) but both Gregory & Michael assisted me in scheduling my car to be brought in for the paint recall. On top of that I was provided a free rental on Longo's expense while my car was being serviced. Gregory helped me out in what I needed to purchase to repair the liner from the parts department next door & threw in the labor for free! As for Frank, thanks so much for touching up some last minute marks on my car. I'm not even done yet...Michael noticed that my headlights were pretty hazy/foggy and they cleaned them up for me. After they fixed some of the hazing and offering me additional compensation, which they couldn't even get right. I had to come back and speak with their director. Now instead of compensation, they will cover some of the cost of detailing and fixing my ceramic coat. I'll have to pay out of pocket and submit my bills for a reimbursement.
